Cherie the manager is so helpful getting us established and always pleasant on the phone and taking care of any questions.
Marty the maintenance man is excellent. Does great work and prompt. He is very kind and helpful.
Fay does an outstanding job keeping the grounds and buildings clean. She also is very kind and helpful.
These apartments are one of the finest in Monroe County. We have looked and love the location and the size of our apartment.
Sure there is no perfect place anywhere but we are happy with living here and the staff is outstanding.

I moved into Custer Estates around November due to taking a new job and needing to move to the area. I have been very impressed with the front office hospitality along with the maintenance. We have had one maintenance issue since living here and Marty was in the apartment to fix the issue less then 12 hours after contacting him. He always is very friendly and does not make you feel as if you are an inconvenience to him at all. Overall, very positive experience since I moved here and I am glad I made the decision to make this my home for now!

Been living at this property for about a year.. second time living at a property managed by MRD. Never had any problems.. nice and quiet place. Staff at this property are top of the line. All greet you when seeing you out on the property.. they take the time to learn your name. Cherie is always been super friendly, and prompt to deal with any issues. Fay keeps all the common areas looking fantastic. Marty, who is the new maintance supervisor, is quick to deal with any issues that arise at the property. Would strongly recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to live in the Monroe area

Been living here for 4 1/2 years and the staff is always friendly and promptly takes care of business. Cherie in the office Fay the grounds and cleaning person are both wonderful and Marty the maintenance guy is giving much better service and quality of workmanship than this place has seen in years.

A wonderful place to live! My fiance and I lived here for 2 years, never had any issues. Rent isn't too pricey and the apartments are very nice. Pet friendly. The neighbors are friendly yet quiet, never any disturbances. Management is very kind and professional, especially Cherie Emerick. The buildings were always kept clean, and the housekeeper was very nice. Any maintenance issues were fixed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend living here!

We've only been here a short time but plan on making Custer estates our home for the next few years. Marty is always very prompt with any and all maintenance requests. The halls and laundry rooms are always tidy and fresh smelling. Cherie always answers the phones with a cheerful greeting and a smile you can hear over the phone. All 3 take the time to say hello and make sure things are ok when they see residents out and about. Very happy we chose here to call home!
