Hidden Trail Apartments

Ive lived here 20 years, I love it..the staff is friendly and the lady's in the office are nice feel bad they had to come in and clean a mess up from the last management left, they got a playground area, grill area and a pool area what more could you ask for. Its a nice community and anyone that I know of has lived here and I became friends with and have moved away has always came over and has said i miss hidden Trails. I highly recommend hidden trails. 😁

The living room is nice and roomie and nice walk in closet! However i believe the halls should be cleaner less goofing off and more Maintnence work being done promptly! I have waited at least 2 weeks or more for a door to be fixed and almost another week or two for my air conditioner to be looked at and repaired . Maintenance man not too good but management is very well friendly and kind ! Cleanliness is an issue though through the halls and the stairs !

They moved me in fast and painless. Janet was very helpful and would recommend anyone looking for an affordable and quiet area to live to check out Hidden Trail Apartments. I got exactly what they told me they renovated the whole apartment looks brand new definitely plan on staying here for a while.

Bedbugs are a serious issue and is only addressed as an added expense/inconvenience to the tenant. When I signed my lease in September of 2018 laundry was .50 to wash and .50 to dry, it is now $1.75 each... late fees have been added on because I refuse to pay for bedbug treatment, for bugs that were here before I moved in.
Those late fees as the honorable Judge Vitale has agreed are egregious, in fact the limit on late fees in Monroe county is $75 per month. Hidden trails feels ok charging $50 on the 6th day of the month and an additional $5 per day thereafter. I’d imagine they’ve collected

My husband and I have been living here since 2015 and have never had any issues. Everyone that works here is very friendly and helpful. If we ever have a maintenance issue they are prompt in getting it resolved. It is very quiet here and we love it. We plan on staying here indefinitely.

I would give this place less if I could. I lived there paid my rent on time and didn't bother no one. We wanted to live there longer for financial reasons and asked the staff 2 months and 1 month ahead of time if we would be able to renew our lease. They said yes and even gave us a letter to renew that last month. Once we were less then 2 weeks from the end of our lease they give us a letter that we need to be out and their not renewing our lease. So I had less then 2 weeks to vacate the appartment. Our electric outlet's didn't get fixed. The kitchen light flashed and burnt out bulbs quicky. Made

I've lived here for 10+ years. I've seen owners come and go. This place had a bad reputation in the past, but that was due to the owner of the past. We currently have new owners Midwest Capital LLC. Sense purchasing Hidden Trails they have made many changes and improvements. Office and Maintenance personnel are polite, helpful and on top of any concerns that I have. Repairs have always been addressed and taken care of right away.Ive never felt fearful as we do have security fob entries and cameras inside and all around the property. The location is convenient to most of the major businesses. I

I moved there i Feb. '13, price was right, but heat was weak, walls thin, with stompers, and a lot of young people with no jobs...I had to chuckle at signing off on 17 forms, and proof of renter's ins., which I've always had anyway. How did some of these young people pass credit check, police records, etc., when almost none of them had ins., a lot had records...On 5/31/14, my building was destroyed by fire, and they handled it well, no one was hurt, and I was let out of my lease, so that was cool. This place has potential for someone who cares to clean and update it, insulate it, and enforce noise

This apartment complex is now under new management. I've heard good things about it since then. The place had a bad reputation before, but I'm considering moving here. All of the apartments have been COMPLETELY remodeled and are VERY nice on the inside. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price is very decent for the size and quality of the apartment.I'm going to look at my actual unit in two days. Hopefully it will be identical to the model as promised so I can give my deposit and move in.
