Place is maintained well. For the most part Im satisfied. Rent is a little high for Monroe but willing to pay since they have a pool. My main compliant is that its difficult to use the pool because it is always jam packed with people THAT DON'T LIVE HERE. I literally see masses of people come from across the street or through the back woods by my building. Management has tried a bracelet idea for residents to prevent this but they do not enforce it. There needs to be a lock put on the gate for which only residents have the keys.

What a nice neighborhood! Very clean and quiet, well maintained, and the staff is extremely helpful. The leasing process was simple and straightforward and the agents are so friendly. My place is fitted with beautiful plank flooring and brand new appliances. It's just perfect for me and the fur babies. I can't say enough good things.

Only real problem is in order to take a hot shower you have to make sure the furnace is on and running otherwise the water in the shower is Cool-Lukewarm. The staff being super nice and the unit being very clean and nice I give them 5 stars and would recommend this establishment, however if the Staff weren't so kind and friendly I'd give them 3 stars for the hot water in the shower not working properly

I’ve lived in Park West Club for a year now, and decided to renew my lease for another year. The staff has always been helpful and straight to the point. There are no hidden fees or outrageous administration costs. The grounds are always maintained, never had a problem with a neighbor, and the parking is plentiful. The community is located near many of Monroe’s stores and restaurants, but tucked away so you don’t feel like you’re living on one of the busiest streets in town. It’s a nice place to call home while you search for a permanent home.

As a corporate housing provider we have been so happy with Park West Club! Lauren Kostrzewa has been my go to from day 1 and she is absolutely fantastic!!! Our clients are happy residing at this community, we have yet to receive a single negative remark. It is clear management takes care of this community, and that ownership actually cares about the communities they provide. Moved in April of 2020, We have love it! We have had some issues with our unit, but maintenance was always quick to resolve it. Nancy and Lauren in the office are always helpful and always friendly to deal with! Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice community to raise a family! By far the nicest apartments in Monroe County in my opinion.

New the area , little less than a year (job relocation) and I've found the office staff to be very nice and even helpful when I've asked for suggestions for dining in the area. I was always greeted with a nice "Hello" and a smile when picking up my Amazon packages. Definitely made my transition easier than expected. The maintenance men have helped out as well when they fixed my hot water heater just in time for the cold months.

Just moved in recently, and am having a great experience so far. The property is very well-kept, and any concerns or issues I have had have been handled quickly and efficiently. The people working in the office are very nice and were incredibly helpful during my move-in. They seem to care about making sure the residents have a positive experience. Would definitely recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a place to live in the Monroe area.
