Listen to people when they say there is not enough dumpsters to support the population of residents here. There has been one time...One... That I've tried to take my trash out and the dumpster wasn't packed full. There's always trash on the ground around the dumpsters because people don't have anywhere else to put it. I actually really like my apartment and have no issues with this place other than the insufficient trash removal. There's only 3 dumpsters for 4 buildings!!! My last apt had 2 dumpsters for one building alone! They need to do something about this immediately. It's completely inappropriate

Extremely overpriced for what you receive. Maintenance requests take weeks, the gym is incredibly small and almost laughable. The entryways and hallways are always dirty, filled with bugs and dust, and management never does anything about it. Unruly children constantly knocking and banging on doors and windows of my apartment after complaining about it five plus times, nothing was ever done. The same children constantly leaving garbage and toys in the courtyard and made it look dirty and trashy. In the winter, the snowplowing and salting they did was a waste of time. They did the worst job. Constantly

My friend lives here and she's always complaining about management and I've experienced firsthand how the Wi-Fi sucks.
Before you move in make sure you document by photos and videos the condition of the unit. And when you move out do the same exact thing.
Also the walls in some units are so thin that you can actually hear the neighbors doing the wild thing.
Additionally, you are not supposed to be able to hear a sneeze that easily.
Some of these things could almost be acceptable at a lower price point but with these prices in my opinion they're intolerable.

Great place to live. Always felt safe, the staff helps out immediately with anything that needs to be fixed or replaced. Liked using the Gym they have included in rent. The buildings themselves are kept up nice. Washers and dryers work good that are on the first and third floors, they have an app to pay to use them.

Given COVID and being told there was only 1 apartment left I paid the application fee to reserve a spot. When I viewed the apartment and realized there’s very little storage space and bedroom 2 is way too small just days later I told them this wouldn’t work for me. They told me the money I paid was non refundable since I was approved after the credit check. Apparently if I was denied I’d get my money back. Very sad given current world events. Onto something more spacious and reasonable.

I was attacked buy the maintenance supervisor he caused over $500 in damage to my car as I tried to get away. Bell paid for the damage to my car. I refused to work with the guy anymore after that and was told I had to and they don't fire people they give them chances. Also staff and owners are way sketchy. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to call home.or at least be careful of trusting the maintenance staff.

Not once have I written a review before, but my experience was so bad I decided to hopefully save others the trouble. Because of my career, I've lived in a number of apartments. I have never been so frustrated and disappointed by one in 10 years of renting. These are overpriced for what you get. The paint on the walls is so cheap that it comes off like chalk if you bump into it with next to no force. There's no storage space and they leave passive aggressive letters on your door if you have the audacity to park your own or your child's bicycle on the patio/balcony. I'm excited to share that the owners of Belle Estates have a beautiful luxury apartment community with an excellent team they have in place. The workout facility is awesome and it's always open. Last summer it was always clean and well kept. Spring is here and I cannot await to see what wonderful things Abby has lined up. Maintenance gets addressed super quick.

RENTERS BE WARE*** They do not fix broken items in your apartment, they do not salt the parking lot until well after twelve noon and they do NOT maintain posted hours. There are door stoppers in the middle of the concrete sidewalk waiting for you to trip over. If there is anything broken when you move in forget it they wont fix it!! The manager Heidi lies about everything!!
