We are conveniently located in the Central neighborhood of Florence, near dining, shopping, and schools. We work hard to bring function and design to your whole apartment from the kitchens to the bedrooms, developing a range of practical features to make your everyday experience even more delightful.
INCOME/EMPLOYMENT: Gross income for the entire apartment must be at least three (3) times the monthly rental amount. Income will be verified for all applicants. We require the two (2) most recent pay stubs or previous year tax returns (1090 form) if self-employed. Verifiable income associated with attending school will be accepted as an alternative to employment.

These apartments were the worst place that I ever lived in. They don't fix anything and the management/agents: Belinda and Sam are the RUDEST people you'll ever meet. They treat you with zero respect and they act like they're too good to have a conversation with. Whenever you would go to them with a problem they would reply with a rude comment and… act like you're interrupting their time of sitting around in their office. I've actually seen Belinda yelling at a little girl and making her cry instead of going to the parent like a normal adult would. All of my neighbors have left after a few

Terrible place. Apartments are old and not taken care of. The laundry room has flooded more times than I can count. Can't use the little but of outside dosage that I have because the drain won't drain properly and water just sits so I get gnats. Then they raised the rent. I'd move if I could find the money. Right now I'm stuck.
