Preston Pointe At Brownstown

My daughter often talks about this place because she has a friend that lives there, she also put in an application for housing. I'm in a 4 bedroom home, my kids are all grown and has since moved. I'm looking to move into a 1 or 2 bed here and would love to give it a try..

I was approved for a 3 bedroom everything was set I had my move-in date 3 days before my move-in they said someone else got the apartment I was so upset this happened 5yrs ago I often check the website and to the same apartment is available 🤦‍♀️

I did 5 stars for the simple fact that my mom been here almost 3 years and she loves it. My mom can be picky with a lot of things, so I was surprise when she told me I should move here. I recently moved in and it went very well, from the beginning of the process to the end of the process. I love my unit, especially my balcony, the atmosphere, and just a peace of mind living here and my wife & daughter loves it as well.
So I was a little confused reading the reviews, but everyone experience is different from others. So thank you Jenna, Amanda, and Beth for a smooth transition to this lovely community

Preston Pointe of Brownstown is a beautiful community. It has a play ground, Fitness center a nice pool and a lot of outdoor walking paths. The community is well kept and very clean.
I also like how quickly I can access local shopping and the express way, Preston Pointe is a great place to live.

I was seeking employment here. I loved the style of the apartments. The community was quiet with little to no traffic. Management was very friendly at the time.

I love living here the staff is very friendly. If you have any issues that needs to be addressed they do it in a resonable amount of time. If you live here please check your area daily for notices or wrists the loss of your property . I loss my decrease grandmothers car because I was bedridden at the time and didn't see a sign on my car not my door of my apartment inquiring about the cars in the parking lot. I was asked at the time I applied for the apartment if I had a second car I told them I did. My grandmother car was in the shop when I moved in . For TWO years the car was not at Preston Point but it was put on the lease every year I've lived here. So as a result of this not being posted on my door or checking the lease that asked

3 is kind of high used to be a 5+ they can't keep anyone in their office or upkeep the grounds trash cans are always over full they need to add a another can. The pool was not open all summer but maybe 3 weeks towards the end. They need to get things together I know this place has plenty of potential it used to anyway. They used to fix the office up for holidays have contest for the complex during holidays have little parties and gatherings at the office they even had a kids club after school at the office the sprinklers used to work they're just letting it get ran down too quickly I hope things

I lived here for one year and my experience was horrible. They put me through so many hoops when I was just trying to move from a townhome to an apartment. They lied about so many things. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When you refer some you supposed to get a 250 credit on your rent that never happened this place is all lies trust me you will go thru hell with this place if you move here. STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
