Victor is absolute incredible. About 10 of my friends go to him and have been for quite a while- I decided to give him a try. I have an oddly shaped head, 2 cowlicks and a whorl in the back of my head. I'm always skeptical trying new stylists after such a lifetime or disappointment across the world. lol

He literally smashed out the sexiest, most stylish haircut and fade I've ever had. Absolutely mind blown, considering how difficult my hair is. 100% recommend him.

And he's funny. Great management as well.

I was so glad to have a haircut with Victor again! The waiting are had been rearranged, so as to physical distance; before I sat down, Victor informed me that everything was sanitized,l; and there weren't very many people in the shop. Everything was very well done, I felt very comfortable, and I was glad to be back!

I've been going to Victor for over a year now and always have a great experience. He's a very talented stylist and super personable. All staff provide great customer service. The only consistent issue that I experience here is schedule delays - nearly every time I come in for an appointment - and before COVID, it was religiously every 2 weeks - I would be waiting 10, 15, 20 minutes past my appointment time before taking the chair. Just this last appointment, the wait was 25 minutes. Besides increasing the appointment times, I'm not sure what needs to be done to remedy this but it

For 3 years now i only trust my hair to Strands & Trends!!!! Amazing approach, attention to details, friendly atmosphere and up-to-date skills Ella does magic and is literally the first person in the world who i trusted with coloring my hair :) i always get a lot of helpfull advices on hair care and products even if it doesn't benefit them which i appreciate the most!!! Ella does magic! She is so thorough, caring, and knowledgable. Very happy with my highlights/toner and haircut. The rest of the stuff is very friendly and attentive as well.

I've been going here for just under 3 years and for the most part have had a great experience overall. Victor is SUPER nice and gives a really good haircut - would definitely recommend him to any guy I know.

Biggest issue I had is with their scheduling. Almost every single time I went in I wouldn't be seated until 15-20 minutes after my reservation was originally scheduled for. It got so bad that I would purposely show up late to my appointments knowing that I would have to wait if I showed up on time. I voiced my concern but their response was 'that's just the way it is.

I came here for the first time as a recommendation from my sister to do a keratin treatment. It was my first time trying keratin, so I literally knew close to nothing, but Ella was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain everything about keratin and the specific type they use, before doing anything to my hair. Since then, I've come several more times to do my keratin treatments. Every single time Ella provides me with a wealth of knowledge on how to help my hair, which is naturally very curly and thick. All the employees in general are very nice.

This place is truly as good at it gets. I first went in there about 2 years ago to get a haircut with Victor and I never stopped going back. From tips on what product to use or how to style your hair, everything feels honest and personal.

Not only do you get an amazing haircut, but this is one of those places where your barber becomes a true friend. I appreciate everything Victor and everyone who works at Strands and Trends did for me every time I came in. Highly recommend it and each hair cut is worth every penny!

Wow. Just Wow. I am so happy with my haircut from Tim! I took a chance and switched stylists after 4 years. I was nervous but Tim helped me achieve the look I wanted and gave me advice on how to best maintain my look. He takes his time on the small details and doesn't make you feel like the process is rushed. While this can cause a delay if you're on a tight schedule, just plan ahead and you'll be fine.

I also really enjoyed that you can book your appointments online - super convenient. I will definitely be going back!

Overall: Fun, friendly, and most importantly, a great cut! I'll definitely be back for another visit in a month or so!

The good: Ella was incredibly friendly and gave me a great cut! I came in with limited info, because I'm a guy who just always wants a trim, and she did her magic. She was talkative and fun and also precise. The shop was clean and profressional.

The not-so-good: A tad pricey for the services, especially after the (much deserved) tip. The initial service was a tad overwhelming, with having to fill out forms and feeling too pressured to do so.

Atmosphere: 8.5/10

This place is the best- I've been going to this salon for almost 8 years now, and Ella never disappoints. They treat you like family and meticulously do your hair, focusing on every detail. Ella also likes to explain WHY you may or may not get the results you're looking for (immediately) because she really prides herself on not damaging your hair. So she talks you through the plausible options to help you find a middle ground as to how much processing your hair can take. Reasonably priced too!

Love my new hair cut and color!!! Thank you so much Danissa. She listened very carefully, offered her suggestions, and knew exactly what I wanted. Plus my hair feels super soft. Everyone was so nice and kept checking in on me to see if I wanted anything to drink (tea, coffee, water, coke). The shampoo and hair products smell amazing!

This was my first time visiting this salon, I got a GK keratin treatment with Ella. I have virgin hair, it's rarely styled and never been colored so I was surprised to see parts of my hair were still wavy on the third day after I received the treatment. Parts of my hair are smooth and other parts still have a wave and it's VERY noticeable. When getting the treatment there were a couple steps that were NOT done. My hair should have been washed 3 times (since it's virgin) and it was NOT. It should have been towel dried to remove the excessive moisture before applying the product and

The stylist I had been going to for 5 years retired from the industry in December so I had to find a new One. In February, on a whim, I wanted to get a cut based on my location. I yelped out a search and came up on Strands.
