Ardmore at Alcove is a great place to live. We have been residents for 3 months and plan to stay for quite a while more. There have been a couple of maintenance issues which were handled as promptly as could be expected given the pandemic delays of materials. The staff has always been courteous and professional.

They gave me the wrong box number, and my trash hasn’t been taken by my door in over a week 1/2 and I pay extra for that . Oh I had to redirect my post office box to a different box number for here because the box number was wrong and they gave me the wrong keys. What is my rent is going to be over $15,000 a year actually 15,828 a year. Wow .. really aggravated today.

Living here in my 2nd year and honestly I would tell you to stay away from here. The breezeways are disgusting ..people leave their trash out and it leaks all over the place causing roaches, the hallways have spiders everywhere and trash. The office tried to say they were water beetles but I promise you they’re roaches. It’s impossible to try and get maintenance to your apartment to fix anything. The office staff is very dismissive and rude. Constantly, police are called out to the property ….watched two individuals get get arrested. Can’t wait for lease to be over.

Beautiful apartments, great location... absolutely terrible management. Once you get in, good luck getting out. At this point I could have rented until December with all of the charges and fees we've paid. It all looked and sounded good in the beginning!! But read all that fine print people!!!

The management team for this community is TRASH. My husband and I applied. They called him asking him to verify his identity by asking him to recall a phone # he had 15+yrs ago, etc. After not being able to recall, he sent them additional documents to verify his identity, stopping short of sending a DNA sample. He was told the application would be sent to corporate and we would get a call back. 1 week passes, nothing. I call and was told it was still on somebody's desk and I would get a call back in a few minutes once they look into it. ANOTHER week passes, still no phone call. I call AGAIN, only

We were last minute shopping for a new apartment and we stumbled across Ardmore. We loved the area, amenities, and the spacious apartment. Antonio showed us around and was very patient with all of our questions. We applied this weekend!!

I have lived in this community since September 2020 and when any issues arise they are lax with trying to rectify the issues. I pay $1400/mo for a 2BR 2BA so this is not a low class apt complex and construction was completed in 2020 so there's no excuse for faulty equipment. I called the office today and was told they couldn't send the repair man out as it would put him in overtime and therefore it's my problem until the office opens back up in 2 days. When paying $1400/mo I should not have to come out of MY POCKET to pay for a hotel room to sleep comfortably at nite. UPDATE: The issues have finally

Tour guide was nice but not really interested in renting laundry units, expensive technology package, etc. There were just wayy to many fees added on for what it's worth upon move-in & the crazy fees recurring monthly. Area was quiet & buildings are new but these apartments are getting out of hand w/ these fees. I didn't really care for the unit I was shown either. Seeing how the apartment market is changing at these rates makes me want to save even more for a home & eventually own my own apartment complex opposite of these current buildings. The price gouging is awful.

After our first year of living here with no promises kept up on and no amenities to use, we were very skeptical about renewing our lease. HOWEVER Laura(manager) has been phenomenal to work with and has made our living experience here so much better! We now have a dog park for our dogs to run around in and the gym is so nice and convenient for use! We can’t wait to be able to use the pool come the warmer months. We’ve had some issues with noise from our neighbors however Laura and staff has made sure to take care of any issues promptly that arises(including anything maintenance wise). Our first

I am giving our maintenance guys Keith and Jamie 5 stars on service. These apartments are brand new however the construction crew does not seem to pay attention to details. Thank goodness for the maintenance guys at this property, and with so much bad news going on in this world. iIt's nice to know that we have a wonderful maintenance team that cares about the residents issues that was not made by them.

I am moving form KY to NC for a job and Ardmore seemed like a good place to live at. I reached out to the leasing consultant 2nd week of August for more information and she assured that the apt should be available by 8/31. I applied and paid the application fee. But last week I received a call saying they need more time and if I can wait til mid… September?! Uhmm, no, I can not wait til mid September when I start a new job on the 3rd! They refused to refund the money. Definitely would recommend to have a back up option as Ardmore at Alcove is unreliable.
