We have lived at Berewick at Belvedere since November of 2020. We moved from New York with our two dogs. There has not been one moment we regretted making this our new home. The complex is beautiful, super clean and the apartment is amazing. We cannot applaud manager, Lauren Kirk enough. She is awesome. We have never lived in an apartment complex where management is so hands on. Rick, the maintenance supervisor is amazing. Any problem that arises is solved immediately. The amenities, activities and the friendly , welcoming residents make us proud to call this our “home”. Thank you Lauren and

In July of this year, I was invited to conduct a one-day event at Belvedere at Berwick to offer and sell quality gemstone pendants. The event was very successful and I found the facilities to be immaculate and the support given by Lauren, the property manager, to be excellent and extremely helpful in making sure the event was successful for both my business and the tenants who participated. I would not hesitate to return for future events and look forward to visiting this fine facility again.

My grandmother stayed here for a few days while she was in town due to a lack of space at my house. And let me tell you, the service was AMAZING. Rhandi and Lauren treated us like we were family. The hospitality was on another level. I've never been treated so well before at a home and I really am excited to spread the word to anyone whos in need of a place to stay. Great place, great people. 5/5 definitely would recommend.

My great aunt had an unfortunate layover in Charlotte and she decided to stay for awhile; and we came to visit and I must say. We had a beautiful experience here. Rhandi and Lauren treated us as if we had been there for years. It was so welcoming that my aunt thought it was our house, not even lying. It was amazing. I haven’t seen her smile like that in ages and I would pay any amount of money to have that experience again.

While visiting family in Charlotte we had the opportunity to visit Belvedere at Berewick. We immediately fell in love with the place! The units are absolutely beautiful- so nicely designed. The area has so many amenities and not to mention the ladies in the office who are a complete joy! Since our visit - we follow Belvedere on social media and hope that one day, we will be able to experience the wonderful activities on site. Retirement @Belvedere- here we come one day soon! 😊
