The apartments here are very nice.
They are quiet and calm and in fine condition, and the maintenance teams is very quick to fix any problems I have.
Every member of the management team that I've interacted with has been super helpful and genuine.
Recently, Rita went way out of her way to help me out with a problem and got it solved exactly the way I hoped. Some apartment management companies don't care about residents at all, but I think the fine people at Marion Ridge (and Peak Living) are different.
If you're looking for an apartment in Shelby, I think this should be your first choice.

Honestly I have no idea what the apartments are like because we didn’t get it. They requested I show them the marks on my credit report had been disputed and then they would approve me. I did that. They decided not to after telling me they would. Then they said my boyfriend was approved and we could just take my name off the lease. We did that. Then they called and said they decided to deny him and they wouldn’t let him reapply because they knew I’d be living there and I had been denied. Horrible customer service. It’s taken them over a month and I still haven’t been refunded my admin

These apartments are in need of a serious update. Light switches work when they want too. Maintenance is slow, and are an absolute joke. They put a kennel in front of the pool, as if someone wants to smell that while they swim. But more importantly, you put something for dog owners here, but nothing for kids here as if the renters doesn't have any kids here. Its like saying dogs are more important. Then you trying to regulate who can go to the pool, when you wont even stop other folks from coming here and using our trash bins. They are always full. Rita literally came throughhhhh for me today. After letting her know of my situation she worked her magic and made it so I can move into my new apartment a few days earlier than planned. She was very very accommodating, did everything she could, and was positive and sweet about the whole situation, when she could have very well said no. I can't wait to move into my new place. I have two friends who already live there and they say it is great!!

I toured at this community to help a family member that wasn’t able to make it due to their work schedule. Rita showed me around and was very knowledgeable, she gave me all of the information I needed and then some. She provided amazing customer service and I was very impressed! Most of the places I visited acted like they did not want to help me, but Rita was amazing! Thank you for such wonderful customer service!
