Our school is clean, safe and offers high-end training equipment and mats. Our staff consists of friendly, highly skilled, certified black belts with over two decades of combined teaching experience.
Since 1978 the Ernie Reyes' West Coast World Martial Arts Association has produced some of the finest Black Belts and champions in the world. The founders, Great Grand Master Ernie Reyes SR and Tony Thompson are legends in the martial arts industry and lead the association with vision and excellence.

Services
With a strong foundation in traditional and modern martial arts the adult program provides students with a great workout at the same time as teaching the latest in martial arts techniques. The curriculum includes Tae kwon do, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Filipino stick and knife defense, Jujitsu, and submission grappling.

Zach and Emily have created a wonderful space for learning and growth. They put so much of their heart into the school. They are also wonderful instructors (and role models) not only teaching martial arts basics but weaving in life lessons as well. The community of parents and kids are a joy to be around. Thanks Zach and Emily for your continued dedication to the school, the families and the community.

Our son has been taking instruction from these incredible people for over 3 years and we are constantly impressed with the quality and care of instruction offered here- emphasis on respect and self control as well as technique & doing our best! A real "gem" in the SW - I highly recommend this place and cannot speak highly enough of SBN Emily and KJN Zach - they are the best and inspire our kid to be his best!!!!

Zach has a profound effect on kids fitness, focus, confidence, coping skills and mastery of martial arts. You just have to try out the intro package and come see it in person. It's not only excellent martial arts instruction but also lessons on how to be a "black belt in martial arts and in life" as he and Emily say. We are grateful to have the school in our lives.
