Ashley is the sweetest and so talented. Her and Lorenzo saved my mess of a head. The whole process took almost 5 hours and they transformed my hair! I haven’t trusted anyone to touch my hair in years and I finally found a salon that I actually left happy with my results. I will definitely be going to Tanbour for all hair needs.

Lorenzo is simply the BEST! It's taken me years to find a master colorist, let alone incredible stylist. Lorenzo sat down, taking his time asking me a lot of questions about what I want my hair to look like and how he can make that happen. Lorenzo is an artful educator as well by teaching me how to best take care of my hair moving forward. I highly recommend Lorenzo for color, cut, style and dreaming about the amazing extensions!

I’ve had the privilege of having my hair cut and colored by Lorenzo and to say his skills are life changing is an understatement. My hair has always been finicky, but it wasn’t until my first haircut with Lorenzo that I learned how to properly care for it. Everything he does or recommends comes from years of experience and education, and it’s clear he’s passionate about what he does. He doesn’t just tell you what you use, but explains the how and why. My hair has truly never looked or felt better!

Update 1/3/2020:
Lorenzo replied to my review and insisted I was trying to use an EXPIRED gift certificate. This information is incorrect as it's not even close to expired (was just purchased a few months ago) Also, he NEVER asked to see it....I had the gift card with me at the time and would of gladly showed it to him. Dishonest business practices never get you far in lif. Not sure why the last time I was at his salon, he told me I could use it (which is the only reason I returned). Wish I would if avoided this salon from the start, it has been nothing but a huge headache

This is the only salon I will ever go to and Lorenzo is the only person I would trust with my hair. I got a haircut with him 2-3 months prior to me coming back and doing a follow up hair cut as well as coloring. Both times I was there I was quick to notice what makes Lorenzo different from any other stylist, and simply put: he listens. He takes the time to understand what it is the person wants, and makes it happen which is all we want from a hairstylist and it was exactly how my first visit went. What is even more encouraging, is the second time I went I wasn't completely sure of what I want

My hair cut from Laura was wonderful. The WFH hair was real, and I finally caved and went in for an overdue and much needed hair cut. Laura listened to my concerns about my hair, and cut it so that it would look amazing both in the salon, and when I did my hair at home - even giving me tips on the best things to do for my hair, and small changes to make to my routine. The salon was extremely clean, and from the time I walked in to the time I left, I felt very safe, due to all of the COVID protocols in place (everything was clean, individually packaged, and sanitized prior to my arrival, and wiped

Lorenzo is the best! It was my first time going to get my hair done since Covid. Everything was immaculate, the pens were sanitized, Lorenzo sanitized the entire station in front of me when I arrived, there was only one other stylist in the salon appropriately distanced and everyone wore masks so that made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Lorenzo took the time to review my hair color with me and helped me achieve my hair color goal. My haircut is amazing and the conversation was kind and interesting. I highly recommend Lorenzo and I will definitely be back for my next cut and color!

So clean and sanitary! I was nervous to go but all of the covid upgrades the salon has in place made me feel comfortable. The smocks and towels were fully sanitized. Each came in sanitized packaging as well as everything I touched. They have sanitizing stations in the salon and everyone wore a mask. Not only did I get an amazing cut and color by Lorenzo but I felt safe getting it. I was so blown away by the measures the salon has in place to prevent Covid spreading.

I went in to see Lorenzo today at Salon Soca, I couldn't have been happier with my results upon leaving!!! I had random natural highlights put in perfectly as well as a incredible haircut!!!

I went in for a haircut and cut my hair to donate it, everything was going good, until the hairstylist cut the last pony tail and cut it on a diagonal and one side ended short than the other. I was taken aback, but she washed my hair and cut, styled my hair. I did mentioned to her that to cut it so I can give as much of my hair, but she should of at least apologized or paid attention to how she was cutting the ponytail. One side is slightly shorter even after she cut/styled my hair. I figured it is for a good cause that I am donating my hair and my hair will grow. One more thing after she was

I ended up booking a last minute appointment to whichever salon could take me same day - I am a diy-er and decided to give myself layers... I think that explains itself. I jacked up my hair! I was with Destiny, she was able to salvage my length while beautifully blending the new short layers. I walked in nervous and I walked out so happy with my new haircut. It is polished, has more volume and the 'do suits me so well. I will definitely return. They have reasonable prices with a high emphasis on customer experience.

I used a Groupon for a haircut, full foil & blow dry. Erin my stylist was wonderful!!! I explained to her what I thought I wanted. Erin did exactly what I told her to do. I loved my hair but there were some modifications I did not explain very well to her.I was so impressed with Erins professionalism and kindness to me. She graciously had me come back to the salon and made modifications I requested.
I love my hair and I get a lot of compliments.

I booked an appointment with Destiny to get pink hair right before my birthday. The shampoo was OUTSTANDING, it was like a neck and head massage i didn't know I needed. My hair was lightened and colored in less than 4 hours which is amazing. The products used here are so nice, no harsh peroxide smell on my head! Destiny was so knowledgeable and helpful on what colors to blend to get what I wanted. I left completely satisfied and I will 100% be returning.

Been a client for over 10 years. Michelle is my go to hairstylist and she is a dream to work with. I pretty much give her the reigns since she knows me and my hair so well. All the people there are very professional and nice. I highly recommend going there if your new in town or want to try a new place.

Creative color by LISA (supervised by Courtney) in a super chilax (I fell asleep) environment. 5 shades of purple.
2 bowls of 30 AVEDA BLEACH. My scalp lifted, but we all need a scalp renewal right? Lol. Result was admired by my recent hair cut as my roots look almost gray.
PRAVANA was strategically applied.
VENUE is amazingly organize, restocked, Aveda centric of try-me(s), and comfortable.
The salon GIVES BACK to society by enlisting in Salon Apprentice for a pre-interview professional look to those in transition. Courtney says, a "win win" situation.
