These apartmtsare so nice and cozy.My mom and I been residents for, 5 years we have no reason to complain.Everything is well kept up neighbors are friendly, and just a clean environment, no trash,grass stays cut, etc...The matiance crew,John and Daniel are awesome and quickly responds to any issues we may have in the apartments, they even went out they way, to help my mom and I bring our television up to our apartment all the way up to the 3rd floor. Everything you may need is nearby as far as, stores, shopping, nightlife.
The only complaint is I, wish they had washers and dryers in the apartments

They took Rental Deposit of 800$ before move-in. I stayed in this apartment for 1.5 years. After i left, they said they will Refund my deposit after 2 months. Its been 3 months now they haven't Refunded my money. Called multiple times, front desk says Manager is busy and would call back but she never did. Front desk lady kept me on hold multiple times to get the manager and then disconnects the phone without saying anything. They dont have the minimum courtesy or manners to atleast respond back. So RUDE and Mannerless staff. I left multiple emails but no response. Been following since a month for

Moved in a little over a week ago. Nice neighborhood, neighbors are friendly, quiet for the most part.
Had a leak in my ceiling the first week, but maintenance was quick to fix it. Lower levels are a little dirty with trash floating around the outside. Porch looks to have mold on it and still waiting for maintenance to clean it off.
I can hear my neighbor above me and dog pretty easily, but they aren't super loud. Not unexpected for an older building.
Price is one of the most affordable in west county, but you don't get much for it. No washer/dryer hookup. No microwave.
