Services
We couldn't have asked for a better apartment and location for our sons first apartment while away at college. Any service issues were addressed quickly and all of the staff were always polite. We were impressed with how quiet it was and the complex always appeared clean and thankfully he never experienced any type of crime while living there.

Looked at a few apartments here and am glad I did not decide to pursue living here any further. Laura in the office was extremely impatient, rude, and not the least bit helpful. After meeting her in person and talking to her on the phone twice, I did not feel that she was genuine at all. I am glad I never have to deal with her again.
To further explain... I was interested in a unit type that was unavailable at the time and was worried that when one became available it would be gone in a second. Laura said that the only thing I could do is sign up to be notified when the next unit became available

I am a master student at Maryville university so I thought this place would be perfect. I Iived in the bottom apartment and had several water leaks. I was displaced from my apartment into the display for weeks while they “fixed” the problem. I was without WiFi and any of my items so being a student it was extremely difficult. The managers never took me seriously and did not treat me like an adult even though I am 23. I had multiple amounts of mold on my items from the leaks and they deemed it as dust. This happened over 7 times. I never got anywhere with them and my health was compromises

The manager Laura has a terrible attitude. Anytime I have dealt with her it hasn’t been easy. There are roaches everywhere and I do not recommend. I had a cat so I did not find them inside but my friend who USED to live there found them in their bedroom and kitchen. DISGUSTING! They used to have a great manager and I never saw any roaches and now since Laura has been here there have been multiple.

I searched for nearly 4 months to find an apartment that was within our families budget, yet didn't put us in a bad neighborhood, nor sacrifice on quality of living. Stonegate apartments exceeded my expectations. Amy the property manager is awesome! I won't say that we never had maintenance issues, what I will say is if we told her about it, she ensured that a resolution was always quick and satisfactory. She truly cares about the residents, she has hosted a number of events throughout our stay to encourage residents to get to know one another. The property is beyond beautiful. I love waking up
