Beautiful upscale apartments. Any maintenance concerns handled professionally and promptly.
No safety concerns in the complex. Nice neighbors and neighborhood. Jalisa and Bryan make themselves available. They go above and beyond. I appreciate there dedication.

Any situations that have occurred concerning the upkeep of the apartment or appliances have been promptly addressed and both Mike and Jalisa have kept us informed of the status of each issue. Jalisa and Mike are a great team and always pleasant and efficient in handling the issues we have had. Kudos for having these two together and lucky for us

We have lived here for 10 months and have been extremely happy here. we have had a couple of minor maintenance issues that have been addressed quickly (within 24 hours of notifying the office) Mike and Jalisa have been awesome. We plan on making this home for a long time

I've lived here for two years and I love it. The location is incredibly convenient, the apartments are nice, and staff is amazing. I dropped my phone and it fell under the stairs. Emergency maintenance came by when I called and did what they could. The next morning Mike took off one of the stairs and was able to retrieve my phone. I'm very grateful.

We have loved every minute in our apt at Vance station. Mike is the BEST! Great guy and super quick and efficient with anything that comes up. Jalissa is a sweetheart and was a wonderful first impression of this community.

We have really enjoyed Vance Station. The management has been responsive to our needs and Mike does a fantastic job with maintenance. Recently he replaced our hot water heater the same day we started having an issue with it and he’s always friendly and helpful!

The manager quickly responds to any of our maintenance requests which have been very few, and is very pleasant and helpful. W really appreciate the work of Mike, the maintenance technician. He is a very personable individual, that is very polite and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and has always been able to quickly correct any situation that has arisen. Of all places that I have lived, he is the best maintenance technician I have encountered.

We have lived here since 2017. Every time, when there is an emergency maintenance issue, Mike was prompt, super helpful and efficient. He is a very friendly and professional gentlemen. When we are not at home, we never had to strangle our dog during maintenance, because Mike loves our dog and he knows how to handle him during the job.
We had a water leak recently, their maintenance department quickly acted early in the morning, Mike came in and fix the leak dried the place and painted bases in no time.

Staff go out of their way to be helpful, which is unusual. Management and maintenance know each resident by name, and their pets by name. Pets are important here, which is important to me! There are dog trails and dog paths, and lots of helpful dispensers and trash cans. Every time I take my dogs for a walk, they get to read their own “newspaper.” But I haven’t heard any issues with barking or aggression. The units are large, upscale, and well-maintained. The size and the cleanliness of the apartment intrigued me immediately. Once I viewed vance station apartments no other apartments could measure up. The apartment manager, Shelby, responded to my voicemail immediately. I had even a return phone call over the weekend. I had the opportunity to meet the maintenance man, Mike, who was in the office at the time I viewed the apartments. He was very personable. Both Shelby and Mike gave me a welcoming first impression
