Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 45-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two and a half times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

All the residents pay a 4$ service fee to conservice, which is a 3rd party company that Forest woods apartments has contracted with for montly statements. When inquired he leasing office, they don't seem to have a reasonable explanation on why residents are paying the fee for a service that forest woods contracted with. Conservice can also increase their service fee.You cannot opt-out of the service, all residents must pay.

I have read a few other reviews about a spider problem in these apartments and I’m here to warn everyone. I have been a resident here since 2018 and will be until 2022. All related apartment services are good but the brown recluses are a nightmare. I was bit at night while sleeping on my couch and ended up with two bites on my thighs. It got so bad that I ended up in the hospital on IV antibiotics and had to get surgery to remove the dead tissue caused by the bite reaction/ venom. I’m now living with a hole in my leg and a serious wound that is going to take months to heal plus several medical

For the first couple years living there I loved this complex. Let me just say maintenance does an amazing job. Staff was pleasant, never had any issues. My last couple years things shifted and the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I was in building 154 and moved over to building 162 after a couple years. That’s when all the trouble started. After moving in September 2018 I found a mouse in my apartment. Maintenance came in and fixed the hole where he came in. Had many issues with my dishwasher and they didn’t replace it, they just told me to change the detergent I was using.. the drawers

Apartment is just average compared to previous ones I've stayed in. A little over priced in my opinion but maybe that's the area. Apartment is spacious for price compared to other places. The bathroom was updated and has tons of storage and I have a storage closet in here too. It's good for what I need it but may not fit others standards. Don't let the models fool you. They have all of the upgrades.
I will also say the staff at the office are helpful and always pleasant to speak to. They try their hardest to help you out where they can. They do genuinely care about you. The

Forest Woods is a beautiful apartment complex! It’s quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the leasing office is as kind as they come. I’ve only had 1 minor issue since living here and maintenance came the next day to fix it!
I love having my own washer and dryer in unit (no mire dorm style laundry!!) as well as a patio. Rent is reasonable and the location can’t be beat!

I’ve lived at Forest Woods for almost a year, and I’ve been very happy with it! I love that I have a washer/dryer in unit. Maintenance is always quick to fix any minor issues I have had. Quiet and safe neighborhood, but close proximity to stores and the highway so it never takes long to get anywhere in the area.

Forest Woods has been a real blessing to my life. The apartment grounds are well kept, clean, and pleasant. The surround trees and foliage provides a wonderful nook away from the hubbub of busy streets and stores. The access to highways and interstates is quick and easy. The Leasing Office staff have been a joy. If you are looking for an apartment, I highly recommend Forest Woods.

I’ve absolutely loved my 3 years here. I’ve had zero complaints, and only a few maintenance requests which have always been responded to and fixed by the end of the day or first thing next morning. Everyone in the leasing office is so helpful. I’m only leaving because I’m moving across the country, but I constantly recommend Forest Woods and will miss it here!

Horrible experience just starting with the tour. Was asked what my relationship status was and whether or not my roommate and i were "together." Not a legal question to ask. Was then asked specifically what my income was even though we were no where near signing papers. We made it clear that we were just looking and not wanting to sign but we're still pressured into moving within the next two weeks. The fees were ridiculous and the apartments were underwhelming.

We moved to Forest Woods after our walk thru where we were specifically told that if we stayed the term of the lease,we could paint the walls and wouldn't need to paint them back. When we got our deposit back in the mail, we were charged $115 for painting and an administrative fee for damages. We contacted the property so they could rectify their mistake, but they refused. Had we known they were lying to us, we either wouldn't have painted or would have known to paint the apartment back.
Overall, the apartment was ok. It was dated, but quiet. The washer and dryer were not new as advertised
