Changing my review to 1 star. They asked me to reach out to them regarding my 2 star review, which I did and I provided details, but received no response. Because of the many maintenance and safety issues my mother was experiencing, I found her a new apartment. The office called her to find out if she was renewing her lease and she told the person who called that she was not renewing. The person she spoke with never mentioned that the verbal notice was not sufficient and must be submitted in writing. By the time she figured out (on her own) that she needed to do so, it was 6 days beyond the 60

I’ve been here just over a year.
My heater and air have not worked in almost 2 months.
Management has not been in communication with me at all.
I have go to the front office and request items to help me heat and or cool my 3 bedroom apt.
To heat my apt they gave me one space heater. During this time it snowed. My kids rooms remained cold.
During this time it was also 80 plus, they provided me with two box fans.
My place has been a steady 74 to 78 inside.
This is so unacceptable on so many levels.
My Unit is over 30 yrs old and has two burn marks in two different spots where it caught

From the first of viewing the apartments before renting through the process of deciding to rent from Reflection Cove, the office staff are very courteous, kind and professional. They make sure that if you have any questions they answer them right away. They truly treat you like family. They make the move in process as problem free as possible. They even have tenant appreciation week here!! I have never heard of a complex doing that before. On my day of moving in I even had neighbors welcoming you the neighborhood. It truly feels like home here and more than welcoming. Not to mention how you are

I see a lot of good reviews on here ... that’s no surprise to us! I lived in here with my family for more than 5 years, Reflection Cove is such a beautiful community with fun events to allow neighbors to meet. It is a great place to live in Ballwin area (and in West County, MO in general). Do not spend a long time searching for a nice apartment in this area, you just need to go directly to this luxurious and high-end apartment, and you will never be disappointed!
The staff is great (Kristine and Ashley), they truly care about your needs and wants. Maintenance staff (Andrew and Jeff) are incredible

Couldn’t recommend Reflection Cove more! From day one, the staff in the leasing office have been nothing but amazing. They made the move-in process so incredibly smooth, can’t say enough about how nice they are. Maintenance is great, the few problems I’ve had are addressed within the day, sometimes before I even get home from work! On top of that, it’s just beautiful. I get compliments all of the time from friends who visit. I personally like how it is it’s own little neighborhood, so we don’t get traffic noises at all. Plenty of walking space if you have pets.

I just moved from Reflection Cove and already missed it! It is a very clean and beautiful place. The manager Kristine is amazing and very responsible. It is easy to access the office. Any request was addressed immediately. During COVID they were very responsible and thinking about everyone which shows their humanity. The environment is super positive and it is located in a great neighborhood. Close to every need ( grocery, Costco...., West county mall). High class neighborhood. I highly recommend this place to everyone :) Thank you!

Lived here for over a year and just loved pretty much everything about it. It’s surrounded by trees giving a kind of secluded feeling, has a creek running next to it with deer commonly seen walking around, is a very convenient location to everywhere, and we had no issues with really anything. The staff was very receptive and helpful, and our actual apartment was nice with a huge back patio. We would recommend to friends!

DONT DO my mistake and go there. Please. No matter how good the location is. Don't let the smile of Kristin, who ever she is there, let you feel that you're in a good hands. She and the management going to do anything to take money out of your pocket. They going to find any reason to charge you, I promise! reason 2 is you pay A LOT for what you actually get, very very old apartments, which I don't really care but the price is really high. I will never come back and I will write everywhere about my experience and if you want to know more just ask. Bottom line- find another place. The reviews are
