For your convenience, printable floor plans are available in PDF format and can be found on each floor plan card after selecting the desired apartment size. Any unit denoted as "ADA" is compliant to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and may offer features different from other apartment homes within the community.
When you decide to call Beech Meadow your new home, you'll be treated to a number of built-in benefits and services. Upon signing your lease, you'll be invited to join Updater, an app that will help you with all your moving needs; things like mail forwarding, utility transfers and finding and reserving a moving company - you'll even get special discounts and deals.

I've toured and lived in various apartment complexes over the years. Beech Meadow is a well kept apartment complex with great amenities and grounds. Even with a great property, the management staff and experience can greatly impact your experience. At Beech Meadow, not only do you get a great place to call home with amenities but you also get great service and attention when needed. Great customer service is a must and this place has it! The office staff is always happy to help and are solution driven. Well done Kyla and Leslie!!!

I moved into these apartments with my roommate back in November, with it personally being my first place on my own I couldn’t ask for a better apartment complex and experience. The apartments being recently remodeled make them look amazing and more modern. The management team is great, they seem to really care about there tenants. Kyla and Leslie are very caring and informative and helpful whenever you need something. Meredith is also very helpful and was able to help place us in a Particular area when we asked.

I've been working with the Beech Meadow team for almost 2 years and can say its an amazing team to work with, Meredith Leslie and myself (Kyla) are very motivated individuals who strive to improve the property and community in every aspect we can. The property has undergone many renovations in the last two years creating an amazing space and home for all to enjoy. So far everything is going smoothly, we will be moving in, in a few weeks. We will be getting a newly renovated apartment that's been done from head to toe, and the kitchen is definitely more open that what I am used to, so I am excited for that. Communication is good, although I wish the phones were answered a little more vs always having to leave a VM and waiting for a call back. Other then that, I am excited to move in, and I hope we have a good time here!

I have been looking for an apartment in the Beech Grove area for a while now and have not had much luck. I called into Beech Meadow Apartments and spoke with Kyla, Leslie and Meredith, who work in the office. They were all so very helpful. They were able to come together and help me get all the information I need. They sold me on the place! They have nice amenities, nice units and the employees seem great. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you are looking for an apartment in the area.

I've lived here for almost 8 years now and I really like this complex for several reasons. First, it is relatively quiet in the buildings. Despite there being 12 units in my specific building, almost everyone I've lived around in my time have been pretty respectful of everyone else. I've had some great neighbors. Also, it is fairly sizable for a single guy like me on a budget. Also, the location is great. Near just about anything you could need and even close to 465 to get anywhere else. Lastly, the new management team that came in a couple years ago has been very responsive, very cooperative,
