Let me start off by saying I really liked these apartments. I lived here for 2 years and I enjoyed the people, the grounds we're nicely kept and the maintenance was attentive (to me, at least).
The area wasn't too bad and the schools are good. It's close to downtown and highways and plenty of resources in case you need them.
The only REAL issue I had was with the mice in my apartment. I stayed here 2 years and I had at least 6 in total. I know for sure because I caught every single one. When I would call the office and explain to them (because I am PETRIFIED of mice), what was going on they would

This is one of the best apartment complexes I've lived in by far! They exceeded my expectations from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. The approval process didn't take long. The maintenance crew responded quickly and efficiently every single time, and were always polite while in my apartment space. I would even regularly see them sweeping the parking lots early in the morning! The ladies in the front office are a total delight. They put on little community get togethers for the complex in the clubhouse, which is a great way to meet your neighbors and feel safe.

I lived in Thompson Village for 10 yr. I only left there to move in with my son and family when I developed health issues. I LOVED living there and would recommend them to anyone. My dear friend has lived there for over 25 yr. Our longevity at Thompson Village says it all! You don't live where you aren't comfortable. The office and maintenance personal are all kind, helpful and johnny-on-the-spot to meet your needs.

Alright so I've been here for over 10 years. I can't speak for everyone's experience but i'll give you mine.
Appearance: 10/10 Everything here looks beautiful and always has.
Maintenance: 10/10 If i every have a problem they are there that day wearing a smile and ready to help. Great group of guys every single one of them. Have no hot water? I… think i've had to wait 10 mins tops before someone is here.
Office Staff: 10/10 I used to have issues with one person but she has been gone for awhile. Don't know a ton about the new girls but they all seem super nice. Don't really talk to them much

Move over the past two days, was bitten by fleas, I have lived in the flat before half a year have never found the worm, come here for two days is the body, legs, are all very urticant, I feel the body itching before back to his apartment to find is, then tompson apartment said I'm a bit in other place, do not admit their mistakes, not clean room, delay, I can't move in,

Lived there for a few years, but needed a bigger place as my family of four started to outgrow it and we needed to be closer to my work. The staff was always nice and helpful. Maintenance was always performed in a timely manner. The staff did a good job trying to keep the grounds and community safe. They held multiple events throughout the year informing the residents of anything going on and held parties for resident appreciation. The staff does a good job of making people feel welcomed.

Honestly, for the price this place it pretty good. I have lived in other apartment complexes that maintenance was horrible, parking was a nightmare and the office was run by people who hated the residents. This… place always took care of any maintenance problems I had and the office people have always been nice. I would live here again for sure.

Our neighbors next door makes so much noise and it smells like weed in the hallway. And the building beside me they rent to a girl whose boyfriend came out of jail and they are awake all night smoking and drinking outside and talks loud they got a big dog almost bite the post lady.
