Positive: Professionalism
My leasing manager, Lori, has gone above and beyond her duties in making my move-in as streamlined as possible. Any issues that I’ve had so far with my unit have been handled quickly and with high professionalism by our management. I love my new home! I am thankful that communication from management as been excellent.

So thankful for everyone here at Brookwood!! Trystan was so helpful and patient getting me moved in and making sure I had everything I needed. As a first time renter on my own that meant so much! The rest of the staff are always so nice and helpful. I’m glad I chose this as my first apartment.

These apartments are so run down, dirty, and ugly. They charge pest control but never does anything to actually control the pests. The garbage area are disgusting; there's trash everywhere. The staff do not care about your concerns or issues. I've called the office during office hour thrice and all goes to voicemail. I left one and it's been two weeks with no response. Please find another apartment complex

Tristan was professional and thorough when I leased the apartment. However, maintenance of the property is poor, there were accounting mistakes to my account though I have never been one minute late paying, and an office staff person was very combative when I tried to resolve this issue. I would not renew my lease here.

After only being a resident of Brookwood for 11 days my roommate his truck was vandalized and attempted to be stolen. The truck is not able to be driven due to needing a new ignition causing him to miss work. I do not feel safe living under these conditions and being constantly worried about my safety. I was informed by the manager that they two security cameras one for the office and one for the pool. None of which face any of the apartment buildings or parking lots. Secondly, the lack of communication between residents and staff is unacceptable. They fail multiple times to inform you of all

DO NOT LIVE HERE.
We had the most horrible experience with the management. They were demeaning and rude to us and did not have the decency to give us any notification for multiple situations and forced us an extra $1,000 dollars for a month we would not be living there. They were crass and horrible to me each time I interacted with them and THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU and make you pay more than originally agreed upon.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - I wish i could give them zero stars. I would not wish this Apartment complex or the management team on my worst enemy.

This was my first apartment, and I wish I would have done more research. There were mice and bugs in my apartment from beginning to end of my lease. The maintenance staff did nothing to correct this problem. There was also water damage/ mold on the ceilings of the apartment. The worst experience of living here was having my catalytic converter stolen from my car while parked in my car port. By the end of my lease I did everything besides refuse to pay. I could not get out of this place fast enough
