It can be overwhelming finding the right apartment, but I immediately was captivated by Pulliam Square's spacious space, very reasonable cost of living, and the amenities. Pulliam was my first choice of choosing an apartment building and I am so grateful Val contacted me. She is prompt, responsive, caring, answered all my questions clearly, and most importantly, exceptional as what she does. The virtual tour she gave was insightful and fun. I did not have to be there in person to feel and picture myself living at the Pulliam. I still cannot believe I got the lease completed in just several days

First of all the staff is amazing, I can only say positive things about them. The gym is nothing special. Calling the place for dogs to go out a "dog park" is quite a stretch. Unfortunately they never paint the walls in the hallways, and they're all scuffed up from people moving in. Edited review after non-stop fire alarms and office hours. I'm sure the fire alarms are not their fault, but it's terrible enough I will not be resigning my lease. The office hours are also supposed to be til 6, but this is my 3rd day in a row trying to get an important package and no one has been there after 5.

I lived at Pulliam Square for about a year and a half, and I had a wonderful experience there.
Jessica- the office manager and Brenda- the leasing consultant went above and beyond not only throughout the leasing process, but throughout my entire stay there. They get to know you, know your name and you can tell they are invested in getting to know their residents. And they LOVE getting to know your pup if you have one!
If I ever had questions, concerns they were great at responding promptly. They frequently held mixers for residents that were pretty fun. I didn't have many maintenance

While I did not (and will not in the future) live at Pulliam Square, I went through the reservation process with Katie. When I arrived for my tour appointment, it took her a whole 5 minutes to show me the unit and all of the amenities. Not only did she make me feel rushed to leave throughout the process, she failed at showing me all of amenities. As a dog owner, which was explained to Katie many times throughout the process, you would think the "dog park" would be one of the first amenities that she showed me. I still have yet to see the "dog park" that they mention. It&apos

The staff is prompt, understanding, and puts on thoughtful programming for residents. In addition to being the most walkable apartment complex downtown, it has great amenities including a gym, a Starbucks machine, and two fantastic entertaining spaces for residents to use. (The downstairs lobby and the patio/grill area outside.) You should definitely consider living here, you won't regret it!

Worst apartment ever. Amazing location, but pretty terrible apartment complex overall. Management is pretty bad and won't work with you on lease terms when the apartment is practically uninhabitable due to construction noise at 3AM. They take the “not my problem” approach. Everyone I knows here hates it and is just waiting out their lease — false fire alarms going off at 2 AM (many different times) and waiting on the staff to get there for over an hour to turn the alarm off, terrible overnight construction noise without permits, elevators that are constantly broken, security issues on doors

I have lived in two different apartments here since summer of 2015. The apartments are spacious and I love the kitchen layout. I am pleased with my experience! Attached garage, workout facility, and a really friendly staff. The after hours staff worker is wonderful and I feel that I can always count on him.

We have really enjoyed living at Pulliam Square. You cannot beat the location! Sometimes maintenance is a bit slow to fix building issues (like elevators and common areas), but we've never had any huge issues with our particular unit. It's also a bit expensive, but to us, it's worth it for the proximity to Mass Ave and downtown.

I am guessing the 'renovated' page was created to get away from the poor reviews, but I'll just recap what I've said before - to save you a very EXPENSIVE and very ANNOYING and FRUSTRATING rental experience:
First of all there is the constructions quality (in the context of the price you will be paying). The company that built this building - TWG - specializes in retirement homes and affordable housing, and that is exactly the quality you get here, only for the much higher market price.
From plastic shower and tub installation, to the cheapest appliances that barely work

I've lived in three different apartment complexes in Indianapolis and this is by far my favorite. The location is ideal - heart of downtown and walking distance from the bars/restaurants on Mass Ave. I have a one bedroom unit that is spacious and insulated from outside noise (4th floor). The gym is clean and convenient and the outdoor patio is beneficial during the spring/summer months. Lastly, the management (Jasmine and Nelli) is friendly, considerate, and responsive whenever I have an inquiry. I would recommend Pulliam to anyone looking to rent in downtown Indy.
