Penn Street Tower

I moved out after living here for a year, and if it wasn't for extenuating circumstances I would have renewed my lease without even thinking twice about it. The location is phenomenal, the people are friendly, and Jason is without a doubt the greatest landlord I have ever had. I would 100% recommend Penn Street Tower for anyone looking to move downtown.

I just moved out after living here for almost 3 years. This has been by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Jason in the leasing office was a big part of that. He was always responsive and helped me with whatever I needed. He made sure that my apartment was always in good shape and was always very friendly whenever I ran into him in the hallway. Maintenance was also on top of the few issues that came up and took care of everything in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend living here!

I lived at this apartment complex for two years and loved the location. The apartment units are nicely renovated and you truly get the most space for your money when it comes to downtown living. The building manager (Jason) was extremely attentive any time I had an issue and any service requests I put in were resolved quickly. In addition the building is pet friendly. I would recommend this complex to young professionals and grad students who want a quiet, clean place to call home!

Lived there a year. Great experience. Very attentive staff (Jason is great). Apartments are up to date and fashionable. Bathrooms are huge. All my maintenance issues (the few I had) were addressed in a timely fashion

Jason was awesome, he made this an amazing apartment experience for me. I had a amazing experience living at this residence for 18 months. If It was not for the change in occupation I would still be there today. The location is walkable to everything you could desire, both night life and great food spots. I would also encourage you to secure parking before you move in.

I love living at Penn Street Tower, best location in the city and it’s not even close. The apartments are updated with a nice view of Pennsylvania St and a block away from monument circle. Lastly, Jason who runs the complex is the man. Not only did he serve our country, but he has delivered on every request I have made. As long as I am in Indianapolis renting, I’ll be living here.

I am a person who does not write a review, but I feel that I should express my story for anyone who are interested in living here.
This is a fantastic place to live especially for those who work downtown or a prime location for any bar crawlers out there. The views of the city are breathtaking from my apartment and the gym is pretty decent.
What I like the most is how responsive and helpful the management has been. If a problem were to come up, it would always be resolved in matter of days and I think we can all admit how important that aspect is. The management is also very friendly and willing

We have lived here for 3 years, and it's been great! Jason in the office is excellent and always quick to respond. We've maybe have had 3 maintenance issues (if that) in 3 years, all standard ones, and they always get them fixed within 24 hours. The amenities are great, and the location is just 1/2 block off Monument Circle downtown. Highly recommend!

Lived there 7 months for work at Mr. Appliance and enjoyed the building. Staff is responsive and knowledgeable. The place is clean and in a great part of town. I highly recommend it.

Centrally located between Meridian and Mass Ave. So many great places to eat and shop just steps from the front door. The units are modern while remaining comfortable and functional. The building itself gives you that historic feel without feeling old. A very cool place to live downtown!

We recently moved into Penn Street Tower and so far we have been overly impressed with the building and the incredible staff. Jackie, Derrick and Josh have been great in making our transition to Penn Street Tower smooth and welcoming. I would recommend living here not just because of the nice floor plans, large ceilings but because of the staff. It's nice coming home to people who actually care about the property and their residents.
