Lolita and Sarah are amazing. Lolita would always work with me and accommodate for me as well. They make the application process easy and really do care for their residents. I only lived here for a few months and lost my job and couldn't afford it anymore and Lolita worked with me do I didn't get an eviction on my record. I've never heard of a property manager working with residents like this. The neighbors are very nice and even though my place was small (I had a studio) it was a very good price and felt very homey. I would recommend this place to people and I already have. Just the customer service

Loving my place here, my neighbors are wonderful and peaceful. Lolita and Sarah are so great , they really make you feel at home. Feels like I have known them forever. The application process was a breeze and the move in was just as great. When I see Lolita or Sarah they always ask how I'm doing and always remind me that they are here any time I need anything. Truly grateful and happy to be here. Thank you ladies and maintenance guys which are so awesome as well. They are friendly and always happy and very eagered to help. Happy resident.

New resident here and first time renter, the application and move in process was very smooth considering all of the COVID precautions which were followed and enforced by the staff. Great customer service and the girls in the office were very friendly and helpful and made me feel very comfortable! The maintenance staff is so far great as I had a couple things I pointed out at move in and were resolved immediately! So glad I chose this place and look forward to being here for a few years!

Please do not move here, it is better to live in a box then to pay money to these crooks to live in a place in which you feel as though you are living outside.
The property does not have any type of maintenance that actually cares to help their residents, they maintenance does not know how to properly do their job (for example, installing a door correctly, as the door had a huge gap at the bottom allowing multiple bugs in the home). There are many pest and bug problems here, fleas, bed bugs and roaches, also mold and mildew. Management is non existent, they do not pick up the phone, and this job

My move-in experience was a nightmare. I had an arranged move-in date that got delayed a day. No big deal right? So I take off the whole day from work, pack mostly everything I own into my car, and show up on the rescheduled move-in date. As I walk in, I could see horror in the customer service representative’s eyes. Apparently she had “forgotten” to call me the previous day to let me know that the apartment would not be ready until after the weekend. If I could give mosswood 0 stars I would do it. This is the most unprofessional apartment complex I have ever came across. The property management or lack of does not want to deal with any problems that you bring to their attention, instead they avoid it by going in the bathroom so they do not have to speak with you. They let their assistant do all of the dirty work and can only answer questions with saying they are not even sure. There is mold in the walls and the buildings are not structurally sound. The better business bureau will be getting a call and so will an attorney. They should be shut
