We've been here for almost 5 months now, and everything is very nice. Grounds are beautiful, the apartment is good sized, with a nice view of wildlife. Staff is the best, friendly, helpful, everything you could ask. The few maintenance requests we have made have been handled promptly and cheerfully. They have been excellent at making accommodations where needed for someone that is mobility challenged.

Our Dishwasher stopped running last week so called THE OFFICE on Tues,11/9 & Sam & His Repair Partner came out to OUR APARTMENT in the

I’m moving in soon & the whole process was very easy & fast. It’s an amazing community with a great staff. Feels like home immediately!! The apartments are beautiful with sizable space for two people. Pet friendly! The amenities are great, a big pool & lake view. No complaints at all, completely amazed.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Integra 360 for the past 3 years. It feels like I’m on vacation because of the beautiful grounds which includes lakes, sidewalks, fountains, beautiful pool area, and lights all around for walks in the evenings. Friends and family have told me this when they come to visit me, as well. The office staff is friendly, and the maintenance staff does an amazing job keeping the buildings and grounds clean and attractive. I recommend you checking out Integra 360 for your next “home sweet home”. My experience has certainly been a pleasant one.

My daughter lived in this complex for almost a year. She moved out early due to the unending bug problem in her unit. She had contacted the management several times to get help on this. They did have pest control but that didn't handle the issue. She was on the top floor and they seem to be coming from the vents and the roof. It was so bad that she was forced to move. Management didn't care one bit. Would not recommend. Look for a more caring place to live. Plus parking is definitely an issue for family and visitors.

I wish I would've never signed a lease here. The walls are so thin, there's no peace and quiet.. you hear people talking and walking around constantly. Parking is always an issue and many residents have addressed it and nothing is done. Don't let the amenities persuade you to sign a lease.
Having to walk to the other side of the apartment complex to get home isn't fun.. if you don't get a spot by 6:30. You never will. There are not enough visitors spots for people to visit.
