Great location with a Dollar General on the corner by the Light which is the entrance into the complex. This complex is gated an office has hours of operation on different days and different times. The pool looked clean the playground looked pretty decent and there is a lot of speed bumps in this community it seems quiet and well-maintained and I'm pretty sure it is income based housing

Has Good Residents & some not so good, apts are good size and recently remolded. Too many residents that don't care about littering so constantly picking up trash, maintenance used to do a great job but not lately?(must not be a priority for new supervisor). Over all we like our location and our neighbors are all nice, decent people.

I have lived here for 5 years. I really can't complain. It's sad that only people with negative comments would post but the people that have positive comments rarely do. I have never had issues with maintenance coming to do their job on time. I never had issues with the people in the office. I read on here that the office smells like smoke. That is a complete false statement. We hold events there for the community 1 or 2 times a month. It is always clean and smells great. Yes you will always have some that cause issues but staff has been doing a great job at cleaning the community up. So my suggestion
