DO NOT MOVE HERE! Nothing is luxury here everything is made very cheaply . My appliances started falling apart shortly after move in. Maintenance is horrible I waited close to 3 weeks without a/c and Mr.Nolan response was “it’s not even hot outside”. Even after “fixed” my a/c always leaked water 24/7. Unable to watch tv in peace without people complaining . Train station is Loud all day and night ! You can hear everything within your apartment so glad my lease ended !!

I love this property! I moved to Weston Park a month ago and had the property manager, Mindy, assisting me throughout the move-in process which she made so easy. My whole experience moving in was smooth and stress free!! Great customer service from the Leasing office and maintenance has been so kind. Some people complain about the train but its right there when you pull in to get a tour, so you, and I already know what you'll expect and its not bad at all!? I barely hear it but again I don't care because I knew the location prior to moving! All in all, I give it a 10/10 and the people who don't

It's so loud. You can hear all your neighbors above, beside and below you. Beware if you like peace and quiet you WIL NOT! I REPEAT WILL NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE. The train is super loud too at least 20 times a day it all hours. Shady front desk staff aswell they always go against you and argue with what you say. Good luck...

This is unfortunately my second review in less than one month. I live in apartment 272 and apartment 374 is directly above me. They are home all day, with small, loud children who jump and stomp for what feels like every waking moment, day and evening. 10:30 at night and these kids are running back and forth doing what, I have no idea, but I can tell you it's VERY frustrating and annoying. I've called out law enforcement, pleaded with property management to help with the issue and lo and behold, nothing. If you can't prove the noise, it didn't happen. Walls are so thin, I would NEVER live anywhere

UNORGANIZED, RUDE, BIASED EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT (especially Mindy, she's the worst property manager and is very demeaning. She makes our lives miserable)! I've been living here for about a year and all I have experienced is an aesthetically pleasing building that is unpleasant in every other way. The pool is only open during office hours on weekdays, and on top of that they constantly forget to unlock the pool during hours of access, sometimes even making rude remarks about the weather being "too cold" so they assume no one would want to access the pool anyway (I'm talking

I currently live here at Weston Park and I also seen how the design and construction and thought it was beautiful. But this place is a very good looking catfish!! when you actually get to live in it and actually see how the management is and how it is living here The door scanners go out a lot so you’ll get locked out of the building they don’t do maintenance updates to let you know when maintenance will come in work day they will fix it so they just walk in your house randomly. it is your worst nightmare! The train will come by at every hour and wake you up .your building will shake your windows

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. The worse property manager ever who claims she does not have a boss above her and refuses to give the information so no one can report her. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED POORLY. My children moved in and have had nothing but issues. She has been so rude and disrespectful and will not give her bosses information. At this point I am thinking of taking legal action. I would like a call from the CEO and want to know who to report her too. I have spoken to other neighbors as well and they have had similar issues. Someone

This is actually a really nice place to live, im always greeted at the door and when leaving. All the front desk workers are really nice and helpful, also maintenance. I love playing pool with my sister and the gym has a productive atmosphere, everything is always immaculate and working. Other residents are polite and respectful, only thing i could say negative is the resident's dog sometimes pee in the elevator but it is always cleaned when i get back. In this review my last name is partially spelled, in case you look me up in the resident system.

I cannot tell you how wrong and half-sided these bad reviews are. You know the warning to take everything you read on the internet with a very LARGE grain of salt? Well, this is one of those cases.

Been living here for almost two years and it sucks. I can literally hear the neighbors doing EVERYTHING. The neighbors next door and also below. There are never paper towels in the public area bathrooms, the windows leak when it rains, the front desk people never email about packages. And you hear the ear shattering sunrail every day. Even if you don't have a newborn like I do, it's miserable.
