The secured entry, garage parking, beautifully kept grounds, along with amenities such as pool, gym, package service, and free gift wrap facilities make living here a real joy. We love the many attractions right out our back door at Park Place, all within walking distance. The leasing and maintenance staff have been friendly and efficient!

The lease process was very efficient. We received approval and a signed lease within 24 hours. The move-in maintenance ticket was completed the next day. Other maintenance tickets have been completed within 24-48 hours. The grounds are kept clean and decorated so nice. It’s quiet. Everyone is so friendly. The resident discount at the retail places is awesome. We love the neighborhood. So glad we decided on Park Place!

Leawood Park Place is the most beautiful apartment I have ever seen so far in the United States. I just love my stay here. It's a delight to walk around watching the various shopping options and the best is to see small children and cute pets play in the park. Being a resident, I am so privileged to be a part of this Community, and Moving in here is one of the best decision I have ever made so far !! Right from the private theatre room, gym, swimming pool, weekend events, the entertainment is unlimited !! Though I stay alone, they never kept me lonely :)

Great Location, but if anybody lives over you, you’re gonna hear every single thing they do, I don’t think I’ve felt peaceful one night since I moved here.
With a 12′ ceiling, and still can hear what that person is doing above, I can’t even go up and complain because all they're doing is walking. So the review is going to be directed at the developer.
Do everyone a favor, Get another job.

Great apartment complex. Friendly residents, dog friendly, great staff, and maintenance requests are always handled quickly. Maintenance and office staff are super friendly. They respect the people that work from home and always call before they enter. The manager does everything she can to make sure the residents are happy. Feedback and suggestions are always welcome. Safe community, beautiful apartments, great specials, secure building... happy that I gave this place a chance.
