Cambridge Square

This place is like living in a nightmare. The disingenuous nature from the staff couldn’t be a bigger slap in the face. Our neighbors upstairs let their Ferrel child run around like they live on a farm. We’ve complained to the staff, documented the noise and the staff does NOTHING! These apartments have major water damage, you’ll see painting crews on the regular covering up the damage so unsuspecting new tenants won’t know what they’re getting for their money. Stay far away from Cambridge.

Its really good and spacious apartments.
Maintenance is quick and helpful.
Price is reasonable and Aliyah from leasing department is very helpful in answering all the questions.

I have had a horrible experience living here. I moved in with a roommate to try to save money when it reality moving here it became a money pit. They fine you for the littlest things, the windows are so terribly insulated we pay hundreds of dollars on our electric bill. The office does a horrible job of communicating. One person will try to tell you something and weeks later when they actually get back to you, you’ll be told something else.
Maintenance was 8/10 for me, cheap repairs but at least they respond and fix things ASAP.
Pool was nice, hardly ever cleaned out but it was nice and relaxing

We lived in Cambridge square for about 8 years. When we first moved in things were great. Then as management changes is when things got real bad. Non responsive, adding fees to rent for no reason. I was watching my sisters dog and the next month I had a added pet rent with deposit. They refused to remove the fees. When we gave our notice and the move out date they didn’t write down the move out date, so we were charged an extra $500 for the rest of the month and an extra day so all and all they got about $1000 extra of our money. Then I tried to contact fogelman about the issues we were having

I went to the leasing office on a Friday around 4:20 & explained to Chloe that I had called a little earlier & knew other people had 4:30 & 5:00 appointments, & my appt was the next morning, but asked if I could wait in their lobby to see one of their 2 BR apts if their 4:30 person didn't show up. Chloe rudely said "We make appointments for a reason." (Really, genius? I wouldn't have known that if you hadn't told me.) I replied "I realize appointments are for a reason, but sometimes people don't show up, right? So is it ok if I wait in case they don't show up?" She reluctantly said yes then said

I like the location and the size/layout of the units but the staff and maintenance are bad communicators, lazy, and from my point of view don't care. Maintenance ignores requests, doesn't take what we say seriously, and are bad enough at their job that even with a week's heads up they couldn't bother to fix our water heater before it shorted out and almost caused a fire in the middle of the night or do anything about windows that leak during the lightest of rain. Packages do not get delivered by the post office because the leasing office won't accept them. Leasing agents take weeks to respond to

Took days to hear back from staff- leak in our living room, dryer had to be replaced multiple times due to never working. Moldy smelling carpet upon arrival and when moving out was charged to replace all carpet. When I went to discuss the carpet situation they denied ever receiving a complaint, charged us to replace all apartment carpet and sent us to a debt collector. Again, terrible communication.
If you're considering this place. Don't.

It could have been much better with proper investments and upkeep.
On the plus sides:
The staff are good. They dealt with requests well, and is responsive mostly. The maintenance staff are pretty good and responsive too.
Nice swimming pool.
Now the bad:
Appliances are old and low quality, the fan, fridge, dishwashers and other things constantly needing maintenance.
The windows are horrendous, expect to pay hundreds in energy bill for the leaky windows.
Lastly, when they resealed the pavement, it was done poorly. Residents had to suffered through days or weeks of topic fumes, and likely continue

Great apartments! Staff always quickly take care of things when there is a problem. The pool area is great, just wish we could have more community events so I can meet my neighbors but I feel like that is Covid's fault not theirs.

Two other roommates and I moved in here about a week and a half ago, and so far it has been amazing! The price is great, neighbors are awesome, and the Support from the staff is incredible! You would think with us being so close to the interstate that the noise would be overwhelming. But it is not! I can even go outside and read just fine! Every person I walk by when walking my dog has said hello! The community is amazing and I would 100% recommend people to live here!
