I have been living here for a few weeks and am very happy with my decision! The staff has been very friendly and helpful regarding any adjustments one might have regarding moving in here. The location is perfect with all the shops and restaurants in the area. I absolutely love the view from my balcony overlooking the conservation and not to mention that Top Golf is right down the road. I wanted to take the time to write a review about the Village at Mission Farms. 5 stars plus!! First let me say that this complex is beautiful with awesome amenities. However, it is not the physical things that make this place shine, but rather the staff. Ms. Wisdom & Ms. Jacobson in the leasing department are nothing short of terrific and are the absolutely most professional that I have ever worked with. Whomever is considering living at the Village at Mission Farms surely will not be disappointed.

The property staff are extremely helpful and are willing to go above and beyond their normal job requirements to make the tenants happy. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a beautiful residence and amenities that put it over the top. Quite, a good mixture of age groups but a perfect place for a professional seeking peace and quiet, but also entertaining activities when desired.

Their apartments seemed great online and once given a tour by Hunter (who was also very nice to work with) - we decided this was the place we "thought" we'd like to live. Unfortunately, their manager did not provide us with adequate information on the front end and after experiencing numerous issues during the application process, we had multiple apartments with our desired floor plan (G unit) taken from us due to what she explained as a "computer glitch". Later when then given the option to live in a smaller, available unit (F unit) - the manager then quoted us an amount of $1800 which was $500

Living here is amazing! I have been here for over a year and love it. I am in the property management business and I love where I live!! I have never worked for Grey Star but I thought I would point that out because in property management we are sticklers about where we live. Maintenance and work orders always get done quickly. You will never wonder when your work order will get done. They are fast and efficient. They have also outfitted my unit with smart lights, heat/cooling with smart door locks which is super cool. You see that kind of stuff in new expensive homes. Quality of home is amazing
