Dogwood Creek

I visited my son's new residence for the first time. The view was spectacular. It appeared to be a quiet community and safe.

I moved into Dogwood Creek Apartments about 6 months ago and have enjoyed my time here. Our apartment was clean, and I have a great view overlooking one of our lakes. My dog, Murphy, and I love getting to see all the ducks and geese on our walks, and the grounds are very well kept. The pool was an awesome amenity during the summer, and they have recently added on a dog park area and fire pit area. We have great neighbors, and the office staff is amazing, especially Joey! He helped us find a nice apartment, and he’s always so friendly and helpful. We feel very blessed to get to be a part of this

I have to give Dogwood Creek a 5. This is a very beautiful and clean area. The staff is very helpful, especially Joey. He helped me get into the most beautiful apartment with the most beautiful views. Earnest one of the matiance men, drove 20 minutes at 10pm to check a matiance issue. I was really impressed by this act.
The wildlife and views are stunning. I have very quiet and respectful neighbors. I would highly recommend this as a home, because that's exactly how I feel here. Lord answers my prayers.

Noise between apartments was absolutely horrible. Management apart from Joey were rude and unprofessional. As other reviews said, bugs were rampant. Five stars to maintenance. Grounds were good for walking. Do not recommend at all.

My family and I have lived here for almost three years and we love it. The office staff is prompt to answering anything and helping when needed. These apartments are decently priced especially when your living in Collierville. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

I stayed her with my mom and sister, we stayed on the 2nd floor. It was terrible. There were cockroaches crawling up to our apartment room. The walls are thin so you could here conversations from everyone in the apartment next door. The lightbulbs were unstable and eventually broke. And my sister got racially profiled while going to the pool. I do not recommend going there

Joey has always made sure we are taken care of and has a wonderful attitude every time.He is very professional and kind. Savannah is very sweet and helpful as well. The gym is decent and the grounds are nice for long walks. Thank you!

Dogwood Creek is an amazing place to call home. I have lived here for almost 2 years now and I have been very pleased with the property, staff and neighbors. It is quiet and clean with lots of restaurant options within walking distance. After living at other apartment complex's, I'm proud to say this is an extremely safe area where I feel very comfortable. I'll definitely be renewing my lease!

Dogwood Creek is a terrific place to live. Very quiet and serene property. The office staff as well as maintenance are always very attentive and friendly. Great location! Only minutes away from Carriage Crossing, local grocery stores, & fine dining. If you are searching for a new place to call home. I highly recommend checking out Dogwood Creek. You won’t regret it.

I have lived in Dogwood Creek for about 6 months now. SO far I have encountered 0 issues that made me unhappy. There have been some small maintenance issues, like sticky faucets, but all were addressed speedily and well. I love the view and the community. The grounds are extremely well kept. I have no complaints at all, and I recommend this complex highly.

I originally gave Dogwood Creek 5-stars based on my experience prior to move-in. Since moving in, Dogwood Creek no longer deserves 5-stars. Once the ink dried on the lease agreement, the once friendly and welcoming manager, Beth, became distant and cold. I had several problems on my move-in day with Halle over-promising and under-delivering but the on-going maintenance issues is frustrating. There were several items wrong at move-in the highlights are: leaky ceiling, back door broken (glass may come out), bedroom room coming off hinge and broken kitchen drawer. These were issues at move-in

Overpriced for what kind of management it is. Trash all over the place. They don't keep up with painting and keeping the apartments updated. We had moved in, and the carpets weren't even cleaned. We will be moving to a better priced, better looking place in Collierville. Adults not picking up after their animals, and when you tell the Office nothing is done.
