Please look elsewhere! We stayed on the 3rd floor level apartment and it’s extremely hot in the summer. I called maintenance several times to only be told, it’s hot outside. The cockroaches stayed an issue and never got better. The cockroaches come out of the vents and crawl all over the ceilings and walls. We complained so many times about the bugs, but they only send pest control out to wet the cockroaches or bathe them I guess. We finally paid the excessive move out early fee, so we could live bug free. The office staff are so rude and will try to over charge you for repairs that were there

Be very careful when dealing with the leasing office! They are over charging $7,000 after moving out of my apartment after manipulating me on the phone telling me I did not submit paperwork that does not exist! I had a 4 month apartment lease for my business, in the last month they allowed the trash to build up outside my apartment and fill the ENTIRE parking lot. My entire apartment smelled like trash and possible diseases so I had to evacuate the final month with my clients.

This apartment poorly maintained and we can see cockroaches every where in the apartment and while vacating they will charge huge amount saying so many unprofessional reasons. Unprofessional staffing, no response.

Staff responds to maintenance requests promptly, and our apartment was in pristine condition upon move in. There are quite a few spiders in the hallways in the summer, but very few bugs inside the actual apartment. Overall a great apartment complex!

Would not recommend this complex to anyone! The front office does not seem to care if you have a problem. My husband and I have lived here for 6 years and pretty much once a year we have to call because our AC goes out. We lived in another apartment for 6 years in Cordova- which was built in 1986, Legacy Farm was built in 2000-and we only had to call twice to get our AC fixed. This complex needs to get their crap together.

Never will recommend these apartments, bad customer service, increase rent by more then $300 after the year. The lease is up and I'm paying month to month rent $1700 plus a month and still I'm locked down here for 60 days more because other say I have to give notice with 60 in advance. Don't take my word for it read the lease before signing the paperwork and you will understand every word that I say, my lawyer read the paperwork and said they are crazy get out of there, please don't do the same mistake get out on time read read read! The promises are not worth the headaches

I've rented at a couple apartment communities in the Memphis area and so far this is my favorite. Nice spacious apartments, huge closets, friendly office staff and a quiet safe neighborhood

I moved to the Memphis area for a job nearby in Collierville. This apartment complex is great, it was in close proximity to work, and near all the necessary grocery stores, target, and restaurants. Everyone in the management office was great, and when I had a problem with my dishwasher, maintenance came almost immediately to fix it. If you are moving to the Collierville area, I HIGHLY recommend renting here. And they are pet friendly!
