I have had the same Problem since DAY 1 NO HEAT/AIR RAINING IN MY BATHROOM BEFORE BEING FIXED IT LEAKED IN ONE PLACE AFTER BRING FIXED IT LEAKS IN TWO PLACES CEILING BEEN LEAKING SO LONG THAT ITS GONNA FALL IN ALL PAINT PEELED FROM BATH TUB

I have neighbors above me that are so loud it's ridiculous,whenever we complain to management a few days later they complain we're being to loud and management send us a email about being responsive to our neighbors,they throw cups and water bottles off their balcony,kids run all day and night,they might even be renting the apartment out to family members don't know for sure,but living here has been ok,these unruly neighbors upstairs has made me dearly want to leave

The courts need to open soon because this is so ridiculous that I'm still complaining about loud music at 1:30 in the morning, smh. My lease is not going to be over fast enough. Quiet time is a joke in my building anyway. Who raises these kind of people?

My experience at Preserve at Southwind has been amazing. Ericka was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the community; She gave me a tour of several units which helped me in making a decision on which unit would best fit my budget and that would be comfortable for me. Ericka made the leasing process so easy from signing the lease to moving in; She kept me informed along the way. So far, I am very pleased with my stay.

Bad management. Stayed here for years. I had no problem until I moved out and was charged late fee which they submitted a day after I paid, past due water bill, and cleaning fees for my unit that I left empty then unknowingly sent to collections because my forwarding address was not entered into the system by office assistant. Collections affect credit and credit reflects reliability now mines have been jeopardized due to improper handling of this staff.

They don’t feel like apartment living, it feels like home, the grounds are well manicured, the staff is amazing & so accommodating, they’re courteous, kind, & polite, they’re always reaching out to see what it is they can do to improve your living arrangements while living here. I have soooo much to say about this place but I'll write that when I have more time. Currently,
the dumpster has been full and a mess for weeks. I live about three buildings down from it and the smell is so horrendous I have to hold my breath walking to my car. It's mid July and it just bakes in almost 100 degree weather.

I am keeping my fingers cross and hope I recieve good news today anout my apartment. I toured the three bedroom and two bath and it was beautiful. The leasing agents was very nice and caring. She knew everything and answer my questions.

I enjoyed living here until recently. The community this past year has gone downhill. I feel like they are letting just about anyone move in and it shows. There are people hanging out by the stairwell smoking out in the open and dumping their food trash all over the ground. The gate hasn't been fixed in WEEKS and there was an attack on a resident on Saturday night. He was attacked after taking out the trash. A few neighbors got together to talk and we don't feel like we are safe anymore. No one is guaranteed safety anywhere but you can take precautions. Our rent is high enough and we deserve to
