The Preserve At Forest Creek

I would definitely not recommend this apartment. This was my first apartment and the journey has been awful. There is a lot of robberies/theft. My car was broken into, then stolen three days later. I got a new car 3 to 4 months later and that car was broken into less then two weeks after getting it. The security here is terrible, the gates never work and the back one was always open.
The corridors are very dirty and are never cleaned anytime. I wouldn't suggest anyone to move in, management is very unprofessional and they charge for unnecessary changes that are made without informing. I wouldn

I had a very pleasant experience while visiting the Preserve at Forest Creek. Everyone in the office is very nice & professional. I spoke with Antonia and Kayla and they were both extremely helpful. The new upgrades are a huge plus. If you are looking to move to the Southwind area, Preserve at Forest Creek is a great option.

I've been a resident here for 5 years. Thankful for the new office staff. They are all so helpful and sweet! The new compactor looks great and the new valet service picks up trash 7 days a week. I recently transferred to a new upgraded apartment and it is absolutely beautiful!! Thank you for making this an easy transition for me!!

I moved in August of 2021 and moved out in November 2021 due to several reasons. At the time of move in my “renovated” apartment was still dirty after supposedly being cleaned twice from 2 different cleaning companies but the property failed get up and actually inspect the apartment versus taking the word of the vendor, I was given a beat up dryer that tore up clothes until I had to beg for a new one although it was supposed to be part of the renovation, I went without air twice and water was coming from walls that took the maintenance team 5 days to inspect only for it to leak again, I was

I’m staying in this community from last 3years when I want to close my lease I went to the office and I talk to the lady sitting at left side end table. I didn’t like the way she talk to me she was very rude and irritating face not at all professional I wish they need to hire someone professional person for front office she don’t know how to give respect to the customer. She need to learn listening to the customer voice also. she not at all listening to me what I trying to talk they only worried about money they need to give importance to the customer new or old anyone and I strongly recommend

I am the CURRENT resident and I can't wait to move out of this property.
I was cleaning my house and removing gift boxes and when I kept them near my front door I have been charged a fine of $50 (Just like that) when I contacted the leasing office to tell them I am not paying a fine... They couldn't explain and all they said was we have pictures proof and they were horribly rude.
If I can't use my front door while cleaning my apartment then I am in the wrong community

I've had nothing but the best experience with this apartment complex. The property manager Kayla is awesome. Everyone was very helpful with every problem I've had since I've been here. Definitely 2 thumbs up

It has been 2 months since I placed a request to fix my washer and dryer. I haven't been able to do laundry in my home. When I went to the office in person to ask if they could get to it quicker I was told that "We will get to it when we get to it". Save yourself a headache, go live somewhere else.

It's a great apartment complex to stay, at a great location and affordable rent for a spacious apartment. I had a wonderful time there, but when I left they charged me almost a whole month's rent and did not return the security deposit, though we had left it so clean and even had an outside service to come clean the house. That was really unfair, and they did not even warn us prior to move out to keep our power on and then they charge huge money for things like mopping and cleaning. Leaves such a bitter taste despite the great experience I had!!!

I am really enjoying my stay here at the perserve at forest creek. When my kitchen burned I was on a hotel for a month and a half. Upon arrival here I had to do a three month lease. Gabrielle was so sweet and kind. She made the process so easy and stress free. She is a great asset to the company. Please keep people like her. You all are great.
