Services
There is a $300 pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $15 per pet/per month. We have a no aggressive breed policy. Dog breeds, and any mixes thereof, prohibited are Rottweiler, Doberman, German Sheppard, Chow, Pit Bull (including the American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Pit bull Terrier) and any other breed as designated by management.

I had a experience on my tour yesterday!!! Highly recommend this property and the great customer service from Laccy. The assistant manager Laccy was so helpful with providing information about the community. I had a great experience if I had time to wait on a upcoming apartment I would pick this place. Very clean to and friendly environment.

My husband and I stopped by inquiring about the complex, we spoke with the assistant manager Laci who was polite and patient. She even gave us a tour around the complex and answered all of our questions and gave suggestions. Unfortunately, we end up finding something different in our budget. We just wanted to leave a review on Laci she had an outstanding personality and was extremely helpful.

Great experience living there. Horrible experience once we left. A Really rude guy called and told us not only were we not receiving our deposit back but we owed money. We left the apartment spotless. We mopped our way out. We called the office. They said because we left the refrigerator dirty…which we did not!!!! That it took all of our $350 deposit plus some. That is crazy!!!! We cleaned the tiny bit of bedroom carpet we had there before we left. Turned in our keys and was told all was good. Then this rude guy calls and says sorry if you didn’t read the fine print in your lease that

When I first moved in I would have given this property 5 stars. However, it has gotten progressively worse over the years. My apartment was located on the first floor with a living room window view of the playground/park area (I would NOT recommend living in this general area if you do decide to lease here).
Pros: Very family friendly. If you have young children, this would be a great place for you. It has a nice playground and gazebo with outdoor furniture. If you have a dog, the dog park is a nice feature. I felt extremely safe living in this community. The pool is a good size and hardly anyone

My wife and I have been living here officially for 1 year and we love it. We first moved here post college graduation and the staff made it super easy to stay here. Any problems we’ve encountered have been solved as quickly as the same day it happened, all the staff is super friendly, the environment and neighborhood seem so peaceful, it’s been a wonderful place to live and I’m happy to call it a home.

Worst place to stay in collerville. The management is terrible, they do not care about the tenants. The service requests for maintanenace does not get solved for days. The apartments are old, and are not well-kept.
For maintenance, if we called them, they would ask to fix it. And for more than a week the emergency request would not be attended. There are far better apartment complexes to stay in the nearby.

I was really looking forward to moving here, but the experience has been awful. From unanswered or returned calls to unread emails. I've felt rushed into a process just for them to get my money and go silent. The best thing I can do is help future renters avoid my mistake.

To be honestly, good location. However, staff service level needs to be improved. When asking their question, they don't "think" but just give you what they assume without even try to understand what you are talking about. Very laid back working style doesn't match this upscale community (here I just mean the location, the equipment here is very old like more than 20 years). One example, when I reach the staff about the room, I said thousand times that I want first floor withhard wooden floor. I had been told it will be available by end of Oct. Then info changed that they told me only 2nd floor
