Nice area . Would be better but someone that works in the leasing office followed my son home harassing him about what apartment he lived in . I brought it to the office attention and no one ever got back with me about the situation.

So many people are unvaccinated and roaming without masks all over the community. These unvaccinated people are a great risk to entire community especially kids and teens. Unvaccinated are like a super spreaders.

I love the school's around, neighboring library, Halle park and lake. Kids have plenty for company and to play.
Now mix it with no-nonsense and prompt serving staff.
I think that's a great combination.

Great community and well maintained. Floor plan is exactly what I was looking for. Plus the balcony is amazing and very large. I get to see amazing sunrises! Any maintenance issues I have had were take care of within 24 hours. Millie in the office is professional and takes care of everything!

What a great little place here in Collierville. This nice gem has been our home since we moved in March of 2021. We use the dog park and swimming pool the most. We live in a 3 bedroom. The one negative thing I could say is there is Carpet throughout the whole apartment. I wish it was just in the bedrooms. There is no lighting in the living room wish the ceiling fan had a light that would very better than no light at all. The laundry room is in the kitchen that is tiny. But it's better than using the laundromat. Over all it's nice. I don't really agree with the rent amount for a very dated apartment

Good location & view , but is this what folks are looking? . Point is that there is nothing good inside the appartment other than the fact they belong to good school district . So it’s like blackmailing with the money they ask folks to pay.
So money to value - 3/10

We have been living here for 2 years and don’t have any complaints besides how old and wore out the whole complex looks inside and out. The maintenance staff is very respectful when they come in your house to fix any issues, the turn around time for maintenance requests to get completed is very minimal, the leasing staff is always helpful with… everything, the main leasing lady (Alyssa) is always very friendly and easy to talk to, she knows everyone by name!!
We will be moving out in May to a newer/ renovated apartment in a different apartment complex in collierville as well. The Addisons

The Addison at Collierville is a very nice place to live. They are in a great school district which is so important for our children.
All the staff is very kind and helpful - when you bring an issue to there attention they are quick to respond to your request.
I do wish there was a little more security such as dead bolts or inside locks but overall I feel very safe in this community.
I enjoy that there is a bus available to take our children even to elementary school, it really helps working parents who are so busy.
Please consider using Collierville at Addison is you need an apartment for

Their Gym and Swimming poor is a joke., Inspite of charging a bomb on their rent. Such a small Gym for a pricy rental is a kii.

I ran into issues while moving into my new apartment. Jewel from the leasing office stepped in and helped me resolve my issues and made a smooth move-in. Nice neighborhood and a grt location facing library and a well maintained lake.
