Fantastic service all around. Gina is friendly as can be and Dr. Shah is a consummate professional. Scheduling is easy in their online portal. If you are looking for welcoming and comfortable dentistry expertise, this is the place. Looking forward to my next visit (a sentiment I don't think I've ever had about the dentist before).

I love Dr.Shah and his staff!! I used to hate going to dentist but now I hate canceling appointments! Just today I thought I would have to reschedule when my babysitter canceled last minute but Dr.Shah and his… staff said to bring her in. They are always accommodating and my daughter stayed entertained my whole cleaning! When we moved I refused to change dentists and I'm glad i made that decison. I will continue to drive the extra miles to their office because the service that's provided is awesome! Thank you Dr.Shah and your staff for the excellent services you provide.

Dr Shah is just amazing! I fell in love with his character and patients with my little one. The staff are highly professional and so friendly. Every visit we've had little to no wait time. I've recommended him to both family and friend. So far both my daughter and husband visit Preston Smiles along with 2 of my nieces and a nephew. Preston Smiles is the best dental office in Dallas.

My family has been seeing Dr. Shah for a couple years. He is absolutely amazing with our children! We have two young boys and his ability to interact with them throughout the visit keeps them interested and most importantly "tear-free". The office staff is excellent and friendly. All of the equipment and rooms are modern and state-of-the-art. We highly recommend him to all our friends and family.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Shah. He was really patient with my 2 year old daughter who was having bad teething issues. She also fought us every time we tried to brush her teeth but Dr. Shah patiently showed us how to do it properly. She smiled the entire time.

Dr. Shah is not only outstanding dentist, he understand children in a way that allows me to never have to worry when we see him. We have never felt rushed or left with questions unanswered. He was excellent with both of my Boy's and took time to show my oldest (who is learning brush on his own) how long he needed to brush and most importantly how to brush. Every Time we have an appointment, I always feel how lucky we are to have found an amazing man with an amazing smile who is great with Kids and Parent….
