I am a Texan girl, born and raised in Tyler, by two of the best people on the planet (love you mom and dad).
While we understand that unforeseen situations arise, we ask that patients make every effort not to change dental appointments. Broken and missed appointments create scheduling issues for other patients as well as the practice. If you find that you must change your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hour notice so that we may accommodate other patients.
We recognize that our patients are unique individuals with specific needs. With every patient that walks into our office, we look to build a trusting relationship that will last a lifetime. A clean and organized dental office can do wonders for calming anxiety and fear. Our primary goal is to make every visit to the office as friendly, streamlined, and convenient as possible.
Digital dental x-rays, the choice of our office and the popular choice among dentists today, use a very small amount of electromagnetic radiation to capture an image of your teeth and their surrounding structures. These images (radiographs) are the ONLY way a dentist can diagnose certain problems, including: cavities between the teeth, bone infections, types of benign and malignant tumors, bone loss and impacted wisdom teeth.

I had a bit of a dental issue and needed immediate care. However, I had been living abroad since the Obama era, and I am from the East Coast. Needless to say, I was without a dentist and needed help. After a quick Google search, I found Denson Downtown Dental and gave them a ring. Frantic and alarmed as I was, Terri helped me calm down and offered me a same day appointment. I truly had the most amazing experience. I just moved to Dallas from Houston and had an emergent situation in which I didn’t have a primary dentist here. Terri, the receptionist, got me in right away. She has been so helpful. Dr. Denson is INCREDIBLE! Absolutely incredible. I will be referring everyone to her practice! By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had to date.

INCREDIBLE Experience!!!
First off, the receptionist Terry is EXCEPTIONAL. Not only does she either always answer the phone or calls me back immediately, but she is incredibly patient with my ever changing schedule. She is pleasant, genuine and overly accommodating.
Second off, I love Dr. Denson. She is pleasant, friendly, efficient and up-to- date. She did an excellent job on my filling. She had such precision on her work and did not overdo it as other dentists have done before.
I LOVE this team!!
