Dr. Pogoda was born and raised in New Jersey, where her parents still reside and her father maintains a dental practice. She attended Loyola University Maryland for her undergraduate work and completed her dental school education at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark, New Jersey.
After dental school, while living in Manhattan, Dr. Pogoda completed a one-year general practice residency at the Veterans Affairs NY Harbor Health Center, where she learned to care for medically complex patients in a hospital environment.Before moving to Dallas with her husband, she worked at a private practice in lower Manhattan, where she cultivated her skills in diagnosing oral pathology and designing treatments for patients of all ages.

Where to start with this, the work is substandard and the dentist refuses to take responsibility for bad work. Their billing is abysmal to say the least, expect to be double billed, late billed, and your credit filled on with no communication.
My opinion is that you would get better work in a back ally in Mexico, at least the bills are done there.

I'm one of those people that go to the dentist every decade or so whether I need to or not. I went in for the first time because I was feeling a lot of pain in my right jaw area. It turned out that I had a major sinus issue, not a bad tooth. At that time I schedule to have my teeth cleaned since it had been over 20 years. The Hygienist that performed the cleaning was a rock star. Very professional and took a lot of time trying to make this procedure as pain free as possible. I'm a baby when it comes to pain so I really appreciated her efforts. This office will be my go to dental care place. I highly

This is my new dentist forever! I had an emergency several months ago as my veneer fell off my front tooth! He was referred to me through a friend at work. It was a Friday and my old dentist only works Monday through Thursday(another problem) and Dr. Jones squeezed me in an did a beautiful job.
Today was my first full day with xrays, teeth cleaning by Angie and check up with Dr.Jones.
He took time to talk about a couple things and I was on my way!
Everyone is awesome and I felt like family right off the bat!

I absolutely love Dr. Jones and his entire staff. Everyone was so friendly and helped to ease my fears of being at a dentist office. Angie took amazing care of me and explained everything thoroughly. I had oral surgery in this office performed by Jeffrey V. Jones. He was fast, super friendly and highly skilled. He was also very affordable and his staff was very friendly. He numbed me so well I felt no pain. There was no aggressive up-selling either. Just friendly, professional conversation which put me at ease as I was very nervous.
I will be returning for additional dental work. I was pleased with the quality of my visit.

I've been coming to see Dr. Jones for about 10 years now. I can't imagine letting anyone else take care of my teeth. The staff is very friendly as well as Dr. Jones. Not only have I been a patient of his for a long time, but my mom, dad, and husband are also patients of Dr. Jones.

He and his staff are so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgable. They always have an answer to my questions.
Appointments are easy to make, always start on time, and only last as long as they need to. I'm never in the office waiting around.
Been going for years and wouldn't go to anyone else in Dallas.

I will preface my review by saying I have worked in the dental field for 10+ years in NY. I do not like gimmicky dental chains that prioritize profits over quality of care.
I have No need to search for a better dentist since:
**This is a WARM, WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE.
**GENTLE. KIND. PROFESSIONAL & MULTI-TALENTED (Dr. Jones and staff)
**The cleaning was RELAXING & THOROUGH. Dr. Jones was personable, down to Earth. He also does braces.

Dr. Jones is my dentist for over several years. His front office staff is awesome. They are fantastic in reminding you of your appointment. Norma rocks! My hygienist is typically Nelly. She is fabulous. Nelly is gentle in cleaning your teeth and is patient. She is able to answer any questions you may have.
Dr. Jones makes you feel comfortable and is funny. I've recommended my employees to him. The beauty of Dr. Jones is you can get in for a last minute emergency should you need an appointment the same day. Now THAT is service!
