The Dentist On Skillman

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wong for a few years now. Before finding this office, I visited multiple places to try and fix some bad dental work I had done elsewhere. Dr. Wong was the only one who was able to fix it for me. Not only that, but recently I was diagnosed with TMJD. My case is quite complicated; however, Dr. Wong and his staff are so flexible and accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend The Dentist On Skillman! Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Wong was excellent. Fantastic work, friendly and professional; however, dealing with their insurance/billing personnel was a complete nightmare! The absolute WORST experience I've ever had in dealing with a medical office in my entire life. My extremely poor experience with their billing/insurance staff has left a really unfavorable impression of this office and for that reason, I will never return back as a patient ever again.

I got an infection in one of my gums that came up out of nowhere it seems. I lasted a day and a half with the pain, praying and hoping it would go away. After that time, I couldn't take the discomfort anymore. I started calling local dentists offices around the Forney area, but a lot of the surgeons weren't around. My husband referred me to this location based on reviews. I called them at 9a and by 11:15a I was seen. Dr. Wong was so Amazing, patient, kind and also explained to me what was going to happen. I actually love this place. Going to the dentist has always been something that makes me pretty nervous, but the staff at Dentist on Skillman put a lot of that worry to rest. They were SO personable and kind. It made the experience a lot more pleasurable.

I went as a new patient after my dentist retired. They were very nice and the office was peaceful. They did not over-book, so parking was convenient. The cleaning was gentle (that's very important to me) , and Dr Wong touched up a few areas of concern for me. I'll definitely be back!

It was my first time seeing Dr. Wong. The facility was clean and the receptionist was very friendly. I came into the office for tooth/jaw pain. Dr. Wong was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in detail. He was very thorough in accessing my tooth pain and giving great recommendations! Dr. Wong is very professional and I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a dentist!

I came here for the first time recently for a cleaning. I saw Dr. Wong and would highly recommend him! He did my entire cleaning himself (usually handled by a dental hygienist, in my experiences). He also went out of his way to do a filling during the same appointment so that I wouldn't have to come back in. Awesome doctor and great employees all around!

When u first walk in the office it’s smells amazing so clean. Denice the receptionist is awesome very warm and inviting! They offer cold water and coffee while u wait (u don’t wait very long)! The doctor is very patient and will listen and give u feed back on all your questions and concerns. I recommend this dentist to anyone who loves excellent customer service a good time and loves feeling good after there teeth are taken care of!

The care at this facility is outstanding. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. Every time I come here I feel so welcome. I love my new smile!

Needless to say that both Dr. Wong and his whole staff have that zen disposition down. Their calm and positive vibe keeps it such a nice and peaceful environment to come to...and they're SUPER QUICK! Everyone there are always so pleasant and have been nothing but accommodating to me and my family. My children have also never been calmer with any other dentist....I swear I've never seen them behave like this in any situation. (could also be the huge screen TVs on the ceiling with almost every station

Generally, I hate going to the dentist, but this place is great! Dr. Wong is caring, knowledgeable, and is able to ease any fears you may have. The staff is also great. They make sure you are fully informed and provide amazing service. They also have TVs mounted about your head so you can relax and watch Netflix. I've been going here for 3 years, and will continue to recommend.

I have anxiety when it comes to going to the the dentist, which has led me to avoid it for many years, but I can honestly this was the the best experience I've had my entire life. They took their time and broke down the issues that needed to be taken care of. I will definitely be back, and will be bringing my family along too!

Dr Wong is by far the best and most reliable dentist. Staff is A1 , everything is sparkling clean (thumbs up), new (two thumbs up), and Netflix while you have your teeth done (three thumbs). Will come again, which is every 6 months to get my teeth cleaned.

I’ve heard wonderful things about Dr Wong. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it through the initial appointment process. The person at the front desk was abrasive and unprofessional and I can only suggest you review your cameras for 2/13/18 at around 2:35 and perhaps give her some training in customer service. She says she’s the office manager. Yikes!… Dental visits can already be anxiety inducing, however, to have to go through that kind of welcome, it’s not worth it. I’m so sorry. I was very happy to hear from so many friends about your fantastic practice.

Dr. Wong and his team are incredible. Like a lot of people, I have anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and have had really bad experiences before. However Dr. Wong was patient with me, talked through my options, and most of all, he was kind. I can tell that he truly cares about his patients. His staff is great too. A wholesome Dentistry with that perfect Lakewood vibe you would expect! I was referred to Dr. Wong from a friend and have been extremely pleased with my visits. Walking in, I am greeted and instructed by the friendly staff. The waiting room has a modern finish with comfy seating and toys for the kiddos. I usually set appointments for my visits so I… rarely have to sit and wait. Even my first walk-in was a breeze. Being seen was also just as painless. Knowledgeable staff that answers questions professionally, quick but not a rushed process, and then you're greeted by Dr. Wong himself. Right
