WARNING SCAMMERS!!!!!!Ended up charging me $800 for deep laser cleaning, on top of that got a lending point bill for about $2,000. No other service received. I hope they get the karma they deserve. Me being infuriated is an understatement. Read the fine print and ask questions ,get everything in some sort of writing!!!! And the one star is only cause im a Christian other than that it'll be a meteor.

I have been going through an implant procedure and suffice it to say I have a real fear of dental work. I was also told up front this is not an overnight procedure and of the difficulties that might be encountered due to my particular anatomy. Dr. Allen has successfully worked through those difficulties and provided excellent care throughout. We are nearing the finish line and I could not be more pleased with the care I have received.

I moved from Las Vegas to Texas & was looking for a new dentist. My experience at Bleu Dentistry has been awesome!
Doctor Charles talks very nicely to all his patients & he does a very good job at explaining things, especially why he recommends certain procedures. He educates you on what is going on with your teeth. He isn't pushy or forceful. You can tell he cares about all his patients.
He gave me a teeth cleaning & I did not feel any pain. Also, his hygienist Holly gave me my first teeth cleaning & I did not feel any pain.

Scheduling an appointment and getting in the chair was done with ease. It wasn't until after sitting down that things began to feel uneasy. I was examined by the dentist and told that I needed a deep clean that very same day. in addition to having multiple new cavities, my gums were apparently in bad shape, something I had never heard from any other dentist up to this point.
The estimate for the deep cleaning were brought to me at the chair, before receiving any treatment, and I was told I would need to return every 3 months until my gums improved. In addition, I was required to leave a deposit

I went in for a free consultation regarding teeth replacement and invisalign. I had a really great experience. Dr. Charles is very knowledgeable and he explained to me in detail what I need to have done in order to get my smile to it's optimum. In addition, his entire staff was pleasant and very friendly. When I originally moved here. I had trouble finding a trustworthy dentist. Dr.Charles and his staff are by far the most welcoming, helpful, honest, and kind people there are. I highly recommend coming here if you're new to the area and you need a consistent dentist to come to. You won't find better.

Went as a new patient after ~2 years since my last visit to a dentist. Dr Charles and his staff were great, very kind, and gave great care. I went in for a regular dental cleaning + x-rays and Dr Charles was able to quickly identify the cause of some sensitivity I'd been having. He was very clear about his recommendation and what my extra out-of-pocket cost would be, which was much appreciated. I only deducted one star because after taking x-rays, I waited in the exam chair for quite a bit, but with Covid-19 still happening that was understandable that things were running a bit behind. Niko at the front desk is rude. Dr. Charles is a very nice guy, but unfortunately for my husband procedures have never went as planned and have generally taken twice as long as planned for. He's sure this is some anomaly that only pertains to him but unfortunately He now has anxiety just walking into that office. And the rude receptionist, well that definitely doesn't help.

Their system was down when I arrived so I had to fill out the paperwork again. They took xrays and that was my visit. The dentist came in and looked at my teeth. 2 and a half episodes of Friends later and multiple times people came in saying we are sorry we can't do anything cause our system is down. So the receptionist comes in with a list of things totaling around $1500. Seemed off considering "They cant do anything cause their system was down. I told them okay I'm fine with it. They say that they will need to reschedule to have the work done but she needed my credit card information

I appreciate the Blue Dentistry team for being super kind, accommodating, tolerant, and creating the most comfortable at home atmosphere. I am updating this review, because I am absolutely blown away (not in a good way) in the lack of customer service. As I have stated, all of my interactions with this office have been great until recently. Somehow, my insurance didn't cover a part of my appointment expenses. Not a big deal. But, this happened in March and I just received a bill in June. Also, not a big deal. I emailed the office requesting that they break down the charges and I did not receive a response. Today (not even three weeks later) I received an email stating that my payment was 90 days past due and that my account

I feel like most reviews are done in the heat of the moment, but I would like to preface this review by saying that I had my one & only appointment 8 months ago. I am writing a review now because I finally got the nerve to make a dentist appointment elsewhere this morning & am realizing what a scam I faced at Bleu Dentistry. Absolutely love Dr. Charles and his staff! I am deathly afraid of dentists and dental procedures. They patiently worked with me on my anxiety issues, talked me through all my dental work and are always super professional. The office manager Hope is so super helpful with any questions and she has come back to assist the other dental hygienists to share her years of expertise since she is also certified. Megan is also a joy, always so cheerful and super helpful! I've been there so many times I can't count. For teeth cleanings, teeth extractions, gum work and dental partial fittings. I recommend

The staff at Bleu Dentistry were beyond phenomenal! I had both my wisdom teeth taken out, which is in itself was a dreadful and long procedure. Dr. Charles and his staff made me feel at ease and informed during the whole procedure.
They check in on me following the weeks after the surgery, and made sure I had all my medications to ease my healing process. I was always greeted with a friendly voice and face during my checkup visits. They never cease to amaze me how willing they were to prove the accurate information regarding my surgery.

I had a temporary crown lost while I was visiting Dallas and needed emergency asssisrance so I googled Dentist near me & I chose Bleu Dentistry and wow I SURE AM PLEASED THAT I DID!!! I did call a few dentist beforehand and wasn't so pleased with my encounter over the phone but BAAAAABY when I received such warm helpful person from the phone to the visit & sitting in the chair SAME DAY within 2 hours of my call the Dr was professional,warm & JUST AWESOME! I FELT LIKE OUT OF TOWN FAMILY I was out the door with a FULL SMILE!!!

Went in for first time cleaning and X-ray app--took 1.5hr majority of it spent waiting on dentist. Offered free whitening trays for my wait which was sweet but didn't need. Hygienist was unprofessional and inexperienced--made comments about my teeth while working with dentist and almost had me choking on toothpaste water with lack of suction during cleaning. Reviewed paperwork with front desk lady before cleaning and they wanted me to agree to $200 worth of unnecessary and non covered services--laser cleaning and fluoride wash. Found two areas that need fillings so was expecting to be asked

I highly recommend Dr. Allen and his practice. He's a very personable guy and took the time to explain what exactly was going on and what the next steps should be. April was great with breaking my dental plan down and Grace made me feel comfortable with her both her assessment and Netflix recommendations. I'm happy to support Dr. Allen and will be recommending him to my friends.
