Unbelievable. Don’t move here. They will steal your security deposit for cleaning even if you spend a whole day cleaning the apartment and you were a tenant who was spotless. Never left a hole in the wall, never spilled a thing. Was raised to take care of the place and was METICULOUS with cleaning it afterwards. Still hit with a bill that took most of my security deposit for "cleaning". They will take yours. They took no accountability for this whatsoever, and I'd recommend you look elsewhere if you like keeping your security deposit.

The manager Tyler has been so responsive and kind to us during our time here. The maintenance staff is also awesome and the property always looks fantastic. My boyfriend and I love our apartment we get a great view of trees and flowers in the courtyard. We also are right next to the Burke Gilman Trail which is so awesome. All of our neighbors are so courteous and have been nice to chat with when we run into each other!

Never picked up the phone or was in the office when it was suppose to be open or would be gone on "lunch" for hours. There were many occasions where I waited hours just to get my package from the office, which I could visually see from the door. Nothing was ever managed well or done in a way to get the community together. Not to mention how much this place HATES animals here (dog or cats). Also, never cared about the residents guests. Coral's husband would park int he guest parking every night and leave violation stickers on actual guest of residents. Many more things I could mention but all in

A modest, cottage-esque apartment community that blends beautifully with its natural surroundings. It felt like home from day one. The deer park and the Burke-Gilman trail right opposite it only add to this place's charm.
I love it that the staff is so responsive, friendly, and helpful - 3 things that make all the difference!
These apartments are really spacious and the prices, reasonable. Don't miss out!

DO NOT move here.
Management is a joke - they don't answer the phone unless they want something from you, and even if you leave a message? They don't call back.
I've had random people park in my assigned space (by the way, there's no guest parking at all.) and even after leaving a message with management, no return call, no solution, nothing.
There's constantly people yelling outside, and if it's not people, it's honking/police sirens from the nearby highway. Or if it's neither of those, it's honking every night at 11pm from the geese at the river directly next to the buildings.
