98th Avenue Apartments

We will really miss living here. Would highly recommend living here especially on the upper floors. The rent is very affordable when compared to other properties in the area and it is very pet friendly.

VERY expensive. Building is extremely loud from all angles. Told manager multiple times about the noise and said the only thing I could do was record it otherwise there was nothing he could do about it. Very hot or miss with if the manager would be in the office from day to day.

I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anybody looking to live in Bothell. If it weren't for work taking me elsewhere, I would have extended my lease.
Location is great. Downtown area is literally right out the door and food in the area is delicious. Close to necessary stores and shopping, as well as the Sammamish River park and trails.

When you see others' negative comments. Take it as grain of salt if you could. Because we never know the full scope of stories as to why some folks grew to hate the place. Since people are really good at making up stories and tend to make others look bad if they hold different opinions. So there will be always haters no matter what you do. In my opinion, Bryan and et al(maintenance crews in particular) who provide such outstanding services to the community, literally make this place shining and arranges great deal of differences in comparison to the those other apartment communities in the neighborhood

We've been here for about 3 weeks and I can't say enough good about the place! Bryan and Travis go out of their way to make you welcome and answer your questions. The building is clean and quiet throughout. The counters, cabinets, flooring and appliances are high quality. Parking, building entrances, and elevator are all completely secure. And probably most importantly to me, the location is wonderful for a dog mom!! 😁

I wanted to share my experience. My family and I moved in back in July and are breaking lease due to unlivable conditions. I have reached out to both the manager and corporate but there hasn't been a resolution so something to keep in mind when applying to live here. The rent is very expensive compared to how the building experience, apartment finishes are. We moved in thinking this is a new building and that we will get the new building experience. That wasn't the case. We had to submit multiple work orders for basic apartment items. Hot water heater not heating properly, new floors lifting before

A quality value, priced less than the competition with all the same amenities. Huge roof top lounge with bbq, firepit and dog station. Awesome fitness center and lounge. Plus secured private parking. Love the unit options. AC ports, full size washer and dryers, lots of cabinet space and 3 options for internet providers (Comcast, Frontier and WAVE (I was told ETA July)) Units feel bigger than SF shows. If you are looking for quality and value, this is the spot.
