Major electrical issues in this complex. The electrical breaker in my unit that connects to the living room and kitchen hasn’t been addressed and I submitted my request two months ago!! I was also stuck in the elevator for over an hour. When the fire department arrived, they informed me that this wasn’t the first time they’ve been called to this complex for tenants being stuck in the elevator. This is a great unit, but it’s hard to enjoy the unit when you’re constantly in the dark with a flashlight because the electrical breaker continues to shut off after 10 seconds.

I moved in May 2020 and I only lived here for a year, but if I could, I would have lived here longer! From the start which is an apartment tour to the end of my lease term, everything including the manager, the room, the community, the building itself, and maintenance team was amazing. Apartment was always clean and the maintenance team or the manager were always quick to fix any problems or answer any concerns. The room itself is spacious and I loved the huge windows that let the sunlight come through and allow me to see the pretty view. The common space on each floor and the rooftop were also

Moved here about six months ago and have had a wonderful experience! The maintenance team has been very helpful and quick to fix any issues we've had. Management is also very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating! An added bonus has been the monthly news letters in the elevator along with small gifts to all the units around the holidays. The apartments themselves are a suitable price seeing as they are very clean and modern. The location is fantastic as well.

We’ve sent numerous e-mails to management about the stomping that happens at 2am in the unit next to us. The issue has been ongoing since we’ve moved in and has yet to be resolved. If you are a light sleeper, I would think twice about whether or not this apartment will work for you. We are so close to our neighbors that privacy is extremely limited.

Just moved in a couple days ago, and not only has it been easy, but the property manager, Brian, was very easy to deal with. I look forward to living here the next year. Rooftop lounge area, workout room, and a secure building. Right in the center of Bothell. Also, very easy/accessible dog walking areas!!

Been here a month now and it's great still. Noise from the stadium can get rough but with windows shut it's barely noticeable. Guest parking is rough bc there is none, and the rooms could use a ceiling fan.

We only left for commuting reasons... there was literally no other reason to leave this place. Brian was a saint -- he responded promptly to any issues or questions we had. Maintenance request? Taken care of right away. I have never received that kind of service anywhere else. I even suggested a rug in front of the elevator (I slipped on a puddle) and Brian had one put in. And lastly... I erringly sent my keys down the garbage chute and he went down and fished them out of the garbage for me. Did I mention he was a saint?

Believe it or not, I have yet to actually move in... our lease starts March 1st, so I will update this review in 6/mo. This is just my overall initial reaction. Hannah in the leasing office has been great! My girlfriend and I looked at Saskia at Beardslee Crossing, Woodin Creek and another place, but for the price, location and overall quality of Emerald Crest, our choice was a no-brainer. Granite countertops, pendant lights w/LED lighting throughout the unit, one overly large deep sink, modern stainless steel appliances, faux wood flooring throughout the home (not in bedroom), modern Samsung washer
