I don’t live here but let me just say the leasing staff has been great on communication. We missed out on two great townhomes that became available a month out and they leased with a matter of days before we can even get a tour in. Leasing agents stayed on top of communicating and letting us know the homes were no longer available. Would move here in a heartbeat when another townhome becomes available. The community is very nice, quiet, clean, and dog-friendly. We previously lived a few blocks from here and did sneak into the dog play area once or twice to run our dogs 🤐, but it’s just so

I recently toured Northshore Townhomes and was so pleased with the entire experience. The adjustments they have made during Covid for touring was seamless. The leasing agent I worked with, Jessica was very friendly, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. This experience helped seal the deal for me along with their gorgeous townhomes! Looking forward to my move-in date next month!

My partner and I moved into our place almost two months ago and so far love everything about it! The townhome itself has more than enough space, the finishes are quality and Northshore’s location to wherever we need or want to go is spot on! The dog park is great for our dog and you really get a neighborhood feel with the friendly people around the community. Shout out to Jessica for all of her help and friendliness in getting us moved in! 😊

I have lived at Northshore Townhomes for about a month now and I have loved every moment of it! The complex really has a community feel with friendly and welcoming neighbors. The property manager and maintenance staff are professional and responsive and I feel very safe here. My dog also loves the on-site dog park :) I would highly recommend Northshore Townhomes!!

Management here is a joke. The Townhomes themselves were okay. But management was horrible. They don't communicate. Our water bill was never right. We paid our rent once days before it was due then got and a notice saying we owed, because they didn't factor the water bill correctly, if we had been out of town, we would have been late on our rent due to their error. Then I had a wasp issue with wasps inside the townhome! It took 2 months to get it resolved, and I'm allergic. They didn't care. I had evidence of over 50 wasps inside the unit. Then on move out, we never got our final bill, even though

1) Completely overpriced. Found the same type of unit (3 bd, 2.5 bth) right down the street for almost $1000 less.
2) The units seem nice at first but when you look closer, they're not. Did the walkthrough, as always, before we signed our lease and noted some things that needed to be fixed. And over a year later, they have yet to be fixed. The garage is unfinished. The washer and dryer are something straight out of the late 90s. Our neighbors' washer/dryer flooded the top floor of their unit and went through the floor into the kitchen

I have only lived at Northshore Townhomes for a few months. I can already say that it is the poorest run property I have ever lived in. I have Rented, Owned and have been a landlord for the last 30 years and have never seen disrespect for the tenets of a property. It took 9 weeks to correct a problem with a brand new appliance. Claiming each week when I called they were sorry. We have been interrupted by maintanance, inspections and rescheduled use of our garages numerous times, telling us to park off property for three days.
