I like living at flyway, it’s very quiet which makes a big difference for me in how I feel about the building although all my neighbors just moved out so that may change if they can get new tenants. There is no on-site management team which leads to a lot of things falling through the cracks (such as outside doors not working or being stuck/difficult to open and never getting fixed unless a resident happens to bring it up) and it kind of feels like the building is just forgotten about. Almost impossible to get ahold of management and the team is constantly changing. Office is never open during

Wanted to love living here but I would say it’s been a huge disappointment for how much we pay we in rent. After living here for almost a year I can write an honest review. Here’s why you shouldn’t live here -
1. Packages are constantly being delivered to the wrong building.
2. We’ve complained about how loud our neighbors are living above us multiple times and nothing was done. It got so bad one evening we decided to put a call in to the police because of a domestic disturbance. We explained the situation to management hoping for some type of concession (early lease release or something

My son ask me, "Do they call it 'Flyaway' because of the crows flying all over?" I said, "No, they crows are because of the garbage." lol. The Garbage Cans lining the entrance destroys any and all 'curb appeal' in my opinion. Would be the last thing I want to see as enter and exit throughout the day.
