I took a tour guided by Ann last Friday. It was a great experience. Ann was warm and friendly, she showed me all available 1 bed rooms and gave me much details of the units and amenities. By the end of the tour, I got all I wanted for the tour. I believe with such a great management/leasing team, it will be a amazing life experience to live here.

We lived at Six Oaks for almost two years and enjoyed our time there so much. The team here is on top of maintaining the sidewalks around the building and keeping all the common spaces clean and well maintained. Our dogs loved everyone on the staff as well! The apartments are well built, so we rarely heard neighbors upstairs or on the sides of us. The location in downtown Bothell is also very nice with great restaurants, the park at Bothell Landing, and the Sammamish River trail just down the street. Overall great team and nice apartments!

The entire leasing team was so helpful and kind! They could not have been more patient and compassionate with our move in process. Mike especially went above and beyond and made the biggest difference in helping us out. We love Six Oaks and we're so glad that we got to work with such a wonderful team! They truly made our move in process so much better.

Hands down the nicest staff you’ll ever meet. They are genuine and provide such awesome customer service. You see them personally help residents all the time in ways that aren’t even part of their jobs && they’re funny too. The only reason why I live in this place is bc of them. Moved in last year. Simon, Mike, maintenance, cleaner…etc. they do a great job with upkeep of building also. They keep it fresh, clean, smelling good, nice to come home to and have people over. Best bang for buck in Bothell with a seriously underrated staff. I would give them more stars if I could. Thanks for everything

The apartment building is kept in great shape which is one of the first things you notice. Amenities are plentiful. Beyond that, the staff here really goes above and beyond. They are super friendly and welcoming and on more than one occasion went above and beyond to help me out through the move in process. I was massively impressed by the thoughtfulness and follow-through of the management here at six oaks.

Six Oaks is pretty amazing and I would definitely recommend it. I was drawn to this building because of the location & amenities. Right outside the front door, you are surrounded by restaurants and shops. The management are super friendly and always say hello when I walk in. They even remember my dogs name. The maintenance team is great too. By far they have the best amenities, staff and location. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

Welcome to your Parking Nightmare! On top of there not being enough parking spaces for the tenants and retail businesses nearby, the parking stalls are very narrow if your car is bigger than a Prius. This matters if you would like to be able to avoid door dings, bumper and side scrapes and how about trying to enter or exit your car when you're adorable only open about a foot to a foot and a half?

We lived here for a little over a year, and were residents when Thrive took over the building. Tom, the new manager was on top of things from the start. Anytime we had a problem he was always very happy to help. The community was incredibly dog friendly, and one of the quietest properties we've lived in.
We are currently in a different building sadly, but when our lease is up we we looking at coming back to Six Oaks. Even though parking could be a challenge at times, we really loved the building and the management here.

I love the building and the convenience to the city. They do a great job of keeping things clean and looking good inside and out. A good community of people and dog owners. Minus one star because it is very loud in that area now since there's been so much building and restaurants put in, 24 seven noise. Would you trade for a great walking score

Amazing location, wonderful apartments & beautiful interiors. The management team is very helpful and friendly. Tom the manager has been exceptionally friendly and thorough in his explanation during our tour. From the second I entered Six Oaks, I felt very welcome and appreciated. The common areas and the hallways are very clean and smells wonderful! I would definitely recommend this place!!

The location is great and a good selection of restaurants at walking distance of the place it was one of the reason I got this place.
Parking is hard and you have to be in a waiting list. It is as costly as Downtown Seattle or Bellevue, but without the luxury and the amenities.
The place is clean and nice looking it always smells good on the hallways because it gets clean often.
The walls are thing and you are able to hear the neighbors TV, specially at night time. I have complained with management and I hear from a lady call Aleceeya that the noise wasn't enough to keep me awake and that

My husband and I moved into Six Oaks approximately 8 months ago. In January of 2018 a new management company, Thrive, took over the building. They are amazing, focus on tennant's is now a top priority. They are working extremely hard to get this building back into "tip top" shape. Office staff is super friendly, efficient, professional and courteous. Full time maintenance and cleaning staff are working around the clock. Six Oaks will definitely be a better place to live, thanks to Thrive.
