Stewart at Precision Fitness in Placentia has a good thing going with his clients. Not only is he an excellent personal trainer he offers to his clients outside speakers to come in to his gym and help educate them on a myriad of Health Talks. He offers a Saturday hike somewhere locally for his clients which are a lot of fun. When my patients are looking for a personal trainer I send them to Stewart. He gets results for his clients and I highly recommend Stewart at Placentia's #1 Fitness!

Stewart is the greatest! Four years ago, I could barely walk. I lost 55 pounds in five months and dropped 4 dress sizes. Stewart works with you to become healthier and build up strength and stamina. His program really works if you just do what he tells you to do. Now I have a 50th year high school reunion and my daughter’s wedding coming up. I’m back working out to be the best I can be.

I joined The fitness center a year ago this was my birthday gift to change my life into a more active and healthier person. Within a few months I was able to hike Mount Baldy, do a half marathon and within a year a full marathon. Which I give all my credit to Stewart and his Training meathods. I was able to accomplish resistance while working out and challenge myself to do things I never wanted to do (workout) Many times I taught of quiting but he was my motivation to keep on working out and see what I was capable of doing. In May I started looking for a gym. I didn’t want to go to a big gym because I don’t care for the atmosphere. I knew if I didn’t find something close to home and required too much time I wouldn’t go and my money would be waisted. I first saw a post about Placentia’s #1 Fitness Results Service on Placentia Buzz a couple of months earlier and it… intrigued me. I looked at the website and liked what I saw. It’s very close to my house, workouts that last 30-45 minutes 3 times a week to see results, but the thing that caught my eye was they love men and women

Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Some people said that due to my age and size the 14 Day Fat Burner/Boot Camp would be too much. Not true! Stewart is an expert trainer and fabulous motivator. Every day is something new and even though I’m not thrilled to exercise, I look forward to coming in and working out. If you… need accountability, you can email your daily food log. There are various challenges, contests, health seminars, stretching clinics and weekend hikes continually being offered. It’s a lot of work, but it’s fun and I&rsquo

I have been training with Stewart Knorr at Placentia's #1 Fitness for over a year now. I love working out here; he keeps me focused, mixes up routines so it's fun and not boring, he challenges me and makes me work harder than I ever knew I could. I have become stronger than ever, and I have Stewart to thank for that. I have worked out at various gyms over the last 30 years, but nothing compares to my workouts at Placentia's #1 Fitness. I am a 66 year old man who has had a predominantly sedate lifestyle for the last 15 years. Totally out of shape, loosing flexibility and stamina.
