Alisa has in excess of 35 years of expertise in the real estate management industry. Alisa is a Licensed Nevada Real Estate Broker, holds a Property Management Permit, and is a Supervising CAM. Alisa served as President of the Northern Nevada Apartment Association (NNAA) as well as co-chair of the Nevada State Apartment Association.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
Slow doesn’t even begin to describe their level of responsiveness. And in terms of customer service, it’s non existent. So glad my HOA fees are useless. If this was any other company/service they would be out of business. It should be criminal.

Had my truck illegally towed from guest parking at the community where my son and ex live. I do not live here. I am here to be with my son while his mother is at work. It was towed with out notice to myself or my ex. This has happened to others in this community as well. Truck was in Henderson. I had to go to North Las Vegas to get it back. Why not a local towing company? Must be getting a kickback from the towing company.

Literally had to take these people to court to do the right thing. They are nice ladies but it seems like they really don't care about your concerns. Being told by Neighbors in HOA more information about the status of my place then from the management company. Then they get mad at me for contacting my owner we have been living here for 3 years. Never been late not once for rent but treated like peasants. Do not rent from John worst owner ever.

All calls transfered to voice mail. RPMG employees don't care if you call once or 10 times. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS IN YOUR COMMUNITY. THEY JUST COLLECT MONEY !!!

Poor Customer Service. No Follow up or update on status even after calling and leaving Voicemails. Update- followed up in email finally and explained the situation.

Horrible people and horrible professionalism. Do not go to this company. They do not care about your welfare. Go to McKenna, they treat you like humans and are very professional.
