They are amazing. They communicate, handle things immediately, follow up, and are over all nice people. I love this company.

As a mortgage lender, I have been working with Blackbird Realty for the past few years and I can say they always have their clients best interest at heart. Not once have I ever come across any shady business practice. Very professional and communication is always on point. When we need anything they are always on top of it. I’m not sure how they do it but this office always seems to get their buyers the best deals.

As new investors from out of state, managing rentals at distance was scary and challenging. Thankfully, we’ve found Blackbird and since then we’ve doubled our rentals in Las Vegas. The Blackbird team was incredibly helpful during our move. Their portal makes it so easy to request any kind of maintenance as well as pay rent. We ran into some issues with the property when we moved in and Blackbird sent someone over the same day to get them resolved. Blackbird truly cares for their properties.

We had a great experience while living in a property managed by Blackbird, however upon moving out... that’s a different story! BE PREPARED TO NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!! No mater what you do, no matter how clean you leave the place, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK! Our friends & neighbors who own several rental properties said the house looked great when we left & of course Blackbird kept more than half of our deposit! They also lost the house as one of their management properties because the homeowners decided to sell, so of course they were going to be extra picky! Don’t pay to have
