What Do We Do For You? Priority Property Management offers a variety of services that will guide a property from the beginning of the leasing process to the end. Price is the main driving factor in renting a home. We will provide a complete and detailed analysis of the surrounding area to rent your property for top dollar, while simultaneously keeping you in line with the market.
For many people, the task of leasing and maintaining their rental property results in dreaded maintenance calls, deadbeat tenants, and hours upon hours of frustration. For others, the process is streamlined to simply receiving updates on their property's performance, and waiting for the monthly rental check to deposit into their account.
View your financial statements, access shared documents, and set up your online payment options. The online Owner Portal streamlines communication, protects your investment, and helps you maximize the value of your properties. Make and receive payments from the mobile-friendly Online Portal. Directly send funds for owner contributions, including emergency maintenance repairs, renovations, or reserves via eCheck or Debit Card.
All 30 day notices must be mailed via certified mail to our office or hand-delivered to our office for signature confirmation of receipt. All keys (unit, mailbox, other) and remotes in your possession must be returned to our office and should not be left in the unit. If there are keys/remotes unaccounted for, we will need to re-key the unit and you will be charged for that service.

Customer service has improved tremendously. Over the last 2-3 years I’ve had excellent customer service and I want to make sure and update this review. They keep me updated on maintenance requests and other issues on the property. I’m very happy with Priority Property Management.
Customer Service is terrible related to repairs; They do not return your phone calls or follow up with you if the repair is not approved or assigned a vendor immediately. You have to leave repeated phone calls and you still don't get a call back. It is extremely frustrating and there's nowhere to complain because

UPDATE:
- Below says we didn't call, I provided with the logs showing my call to their offices.
- Below says that they didn't know I was coming, otherwise they would have come down. However, the person that opened the door claimed that nobody was in the building physically, otherwise we would have called, it's a 30min drive to get to them, why wouldn't I? Also, he said no one was there and PPM says now that they were there, which one is true then?
- I sent an email requesting info, I didn't get an answer until 6 days after, they said they forgot to press "send".
- They said, when you submit

I had a lease with PPM for a little three years and I enjoyed it. All maintenance was done in a timely fashion and always called ahead of time to get the annual inspection through.

Priority Property Management hires unprofessional contractors to complete tenant related work orders. A simple job to remove 2 unutilized out dated TV satellite dishes has become a nightmare. It took their subcontractor 3 trips to remove the dishes from the house and the contractor offered to buy off the renter to clean up after his company. First trip out the subcontractor brought an 8ft ladder to remover antennas on the second floor. Second trip they brought a extension ladder that was missing parts (unsafe) and were still unable to reach the second floor. They did manage to cut and remove some

They purposely try to get people not to rent by charging an enormous deposit more than twice the rent! And based on previous posts I’m glad we did not rent from these people!

I have had my property listed with Priority for the past four years and have nothing but positive things to say about them. They communicate with me, as the owner, regularly to keep me up to date on repairs/issues with the home. The application process when tenants changed was seamless and they took care of everything. I highly recommend using this property management company for your needs if you don't want to have to worry about anything.

After a nightmare tenant had to be evicted for non-payment, our rental property was trashed. Michelle and her team were able to get the property repaired, painted, cleaned up and rented again. The repairs were reasonable (in some cases way less than I thought), and were done quickly. It took so much stress off of me not having to worry about the details. Worth every penny they earn... and they DO earn it! Great communication, reasonable fees, wonderful and helpful team. Thank you!!!

My family was looking for a new rental in Las Vegas and applied for a property listed by Priority Property Management. Unfortunately, we were not the first applicant for the house and decided to continue our search. After finding another location, we were contacted by Priority and told that the previous applicant had withdrawn and we were now at the front of the line. I was honest with them that we had already found and applied for a new property, but was willing to go through with the application just in case. They were very understanding and even made sure that I was okay with our application

Deceitful crooks. Repair services are a joke! One month without washing machine and the appliance co is housed at the same location. Less than half of deposit returned. Heed previous warnings. Do not rent from them.

I am honered to be able to write a review for Priority Property Management. My housemate and I have been renting a house since March 2016 that is managed by Priority Property Management. Any time there has been any issues with the house, the maintenance department has been very timely in scheduling repairs, and always sends the best, most courteous contractors to handle the repairs.
Every person that I have had contact with at Priority Property Management has been very professional, knowledgeable, and concerned for our well being, and comfort.
I would very highly recommend this company because

Well here i am. I own a partybus company and this place just wants so much paperwork its if you pay the 50 dollars thats a scam in itself. Do you the the NTA ( Nevada transportation authority) just gives out cpcn numbers to any one. Dealing with this place is a joke ive done alot of work for property management companies in the past and by far this is the rudest most difficult place their is.

We were residents in a North Las Vegas home from 2013-2017. Michele and Lisa were incredibly honest and transparent through our entire residency and move out. We appreciated the current photos of the home when we initially rented and the spotless home on our move in day. We had very minor work orders during our residency and they were always taken care of and acknowledged the same business day. The vendors that PPM trust to do the repairs are always respectable and fixed the problem the first time. Especially Juan of a Million, their handyman. Move out was made easier by using PPM approved

I've done business with priority property management, one of the worst people in the industry to do business with. In my time while I was renting the house, I have had several issues with the house, my AC unit was not working I've made several calls to the representatives and no answer was given I've had several issues with the house as well and no one has returned my calls . when I left the property and turned in my lease at the end I was taking for all my security deposit for things that weren't even needed to be corrected ,but the things that I requested in my 18 month stay

I've been extremely impressed with PPM and Michelle, specifically! My experience with other property managers hasn't been good. However, PPM had been extremely helpful and responsive, since day one. They've managed needed repairs, handled HOA issues, and found qualified tenants during the slow part of the year. Don't waste your time with anyone else; call PPM!

We have had 2 properties managed by Priority Property Management since 2011 and have been happy with them. They have a good screening and selection process for new potential renters. They do a good job of getting our properties re-rented when a tenant moves out. They have certain standards that the property must meet prior to rental, and try to make sure that the property is at the same standards when the tenant departs. We have and would recommend Priority Property Management to other owners.

I leased a house for over five years. Throughout the time i leased the property, everything was great. However, when i moved out, they did not give me back the majority of my deposit. I left the house in better shape than when I moved in. Also, they performed annual inspections and I was never told a word about anything that could have potentially forfeited my deposit. I was always told that the home looked great.

I was not happy about the move out process at all.

Priority Property Management & the owner they represent have zero concern for their tenants. Several years have passed and I never fully recovered my health after getting horribly sick shortly after moving into a condo in summerlin.

My first review was taken down for "inappropriate photos". I guess photos of me being really sick were just too graphic. My second review was taken down for mentioning the owners name even though I wrote her to make sure she understood she was ultimately responsible despite having a property management company si I will now refer to her as the "

RENTERS BEWARE! One of the worst experiences of my life was dealing with PPM. One of the reasons I chose not to renew my lease. They charged me for repairing items the owner refused to fix when I moved into the home. Just tread lightly with this group, please.

They were friendly people to work with. We didn't have any damages to the house. We did not hire the preferred carpet cleaners as they were out of our budget. I did use the cleaners they recommended as one of them was reasonably priced.

BEWARE!! One of their preferred move out cleaners wanted $500!!!!!! So do your homework! I went with the lady that wanted only $250. She was professional and the house came out great.

My advice, find an affordable licensed carpet cleaner of your choice. Make sure they can guarantee satisfaction. I paid $170 to have a 1800 sq ft home cleaned for carpet. I

My profession causes me to move very often. I have been an owner and renter several times and have had experiences with many different property managers. Priority Management is the best company I've experienced. I'm currently an owner using them for over 5 years. They have always resolved any renter violations and have fixed all maintenance issues within 48 hours. They are responsive when I contact them within 24 hours and they are courteous on the phone. In addition, when I need movers to help the renters move they assisted. When the washer broke and needed to be replaced they helped

I too would also stay away from homes managed by PPM. Responsiveness was okay, getting into the rental wasn't too bad, and our home was a new property so there wasn't much wrong with it.

When it came time for deposit returned, we hired cleaners and left the place cleaner than it was when we moved in, but a single speck of dog hair trapped in a corner was used to claim it wasn't clean enough. ALSO they claimed their guy said he had to remove a smoke smell when -no one- smoked in that house, EVER. So they took most of our deposit and left us with a measly $150.
